Waited 40 minutes because they were out of bagels, order two of the new maplehouse bagels. Got home and there was no bacon on either sandwich which it is supposed to come standard with. Pretty sure the manager made my sandwiches, unfortunate he doesn’t seem to know his own menu.

Cashier was rude and unwelcoming, she got our order wrong, they call out the food order instead of a name or number which causes confusion, the food was very underwhelming for what we paid. I have yet to come to an Einstein Bros store and leave with a good experience.

Ok, I've given this place a few tries, and without fail everytime the service is absolutely horrible. I don't like to write bad reviews, but this is ridiculous. You are made to feel like you are bothering them! Rude, no greeting, no eye contact. Just very unwelcoming. The food is good, the service is not.

Staff tends to just make orders and keep them behind the shelf, waited 20 min for an order only for them to pull it out when I asked. It was cold, and incorrect

By 11:30 they were essentially all out of bagels and over 6 orders behind. While staff were trying their best, they were drastically understaffed and it took over 15mins to complete my one bagel sandwich; which ultimately only had 1 of 2 eggs on it. Also out of coffee

Placed an online order for my friend. He arrived and still had to wait but that isn’t the issue— he mentioned several times that he was there to pick up an order and gave my name. He was told they’re working on the order and once it was prepared, the employee informed him that the two bagels on his order were out of stock and she made a decision to give him two Asiago bagels instead of ASKING him what he wanted in place of the missing bagels. The customer service was terrible, didn’t give an option and didn’t communicate at all. He didn’t have time to wait for his order to be corrected so he ate food that he didn’t want! When I tried to call up there, the phone continuously rang without an answer. This is VERY DISAPPOINTING and frustrating and I definitely will not order from this location again!

The spinach florentine bagel I amazing. I love the fresh eggs on the sandwich. The service is always lousy and seems to be short staffed. The ice machine used tables inside and outside always needs attention.
