First Watch and the American restaurant chain. My wife and I have eaten in many other cities and we always say, well, that wasn't bad but it's not First Watch or American. My waiter, Joel, took time to have an excellent conversation with me as I was one of the first ones there and they were a few spare moments. He checked on me often and made sure I was enjoying my meal as I always do at First Watch
