Food was fast and very good, service was quick and friendly without being overdone, atmosphere nice, clean, although a bit loud but that's the layout of the place and could've been worse. I would have taken pictures of the barbacoa chilaquiles breakfast but I was too hungry and it was too good!
In a sea of places to get breakfast that all serve food that is mediocre at best First Watch stands out. It starts with an experienced and awesome wait staff. Then the food and drinks are absolutely top notch. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to places for breakfast and left disappointed. Never at First Watch.
First Watch Fairfax is a great place with a great atmosphere and excellent service. Of course, when it gets really busy, mistakes can happen sometimes, but overall, it’s a very good place with a friendly atmosphere and great service. Definitely a place I would recommend.
