I recently visited Five Guys and ordered a little hamburger with all my favorite toppings— gladly discovered that every topping is free! The burger and fries felt fresh. I spent about $20, which is on the pricier side, but the quality and good taste made it worth it. Special thanks to Marelyn S, whose friendly and attentive service made my visit smooth and pleasant. I also loved their free peanuts—especially the roast flavor. Overall, it was a fresh, delicious, and welcoming experience, would be nice to repeat!

The prices are insane.  Over $7 for a small hot dog.  $5.69 for a SMALL FRIES!  I stopped going here because I have never paid so much for so little food.  The only reason to go here is if you are trying to get rid of your money as quickly as possible.

I went into five guys and saw a sign that says best budget Burger almost laugh when it was just them over there in Alexandria Virginia where you get a full combo for $4.99 with them piling in the french fries into a bag. Now you go in there you spend $20 without a drink and then you find out they shrunk they're tiny fry to an infant fry it's become a very sad place. I cannot believe they charge you $5 and something for a couple french fries. I literally will never go back there again

Stopped in today while running errands. Very clean, fast service, very welcoming. The gentleman behind the counter managed to take my order and prepare my order the person's ahead of me effortlessly. He easily multitasked and welcomed me as soon as I entered. 5 🌟 service!

Awesome restaurant. I had a very pleasant experience! I’m rating the food 4.5 for presentation, cleanliness, and temperature. I ordered a little cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with an extra patty. The condiments were ketchup, mustard, mayo, jalapeños (I love a kick), pickles, tomatoes and onions. I also ordered a little fry and a drink. My fries unfortunately were not an even temperature.
All together I spent $24.04. I was extremely stuffed from this meal. Plenty of fries even with the smallest size.
The service was quick. The crew member started my order promptly once I had announced my mobile order. The atmosphere was nice however the music was just a bit too loud for me. Over all, I’d give them a 4.5.

The 12210 Fairfax location was not pleasing. The customer service was grade A! However the patty melt burger was dry. The little burger was good. This could have been a one off but it was my 1st at this location.

This place lost me as a customer. First, the prices have become ridiculously expensive. Second, the quality has diminished. I had a burger, fry, and fountain drink. The burger had rotten lettuce. I asked the Latin woman to replace it with fresh lettuce and she laughed at me and proceeded to speak Spanish to a coworker. Little did she know, I understood what she said. The burger was so dry because she pressed all the juice out of it and overcooked it. The fries were cold. This location has a problem with quality control.

A bit of the menu contains ingredients I would not want to consume often. The milkshakes as a treat are too big. A smaller option and kids option would be good.

Quality: 3.5*
Taste: 3.5*
Service: 4*
Ambiance: 4.5*
Value: 2.5* - at least they give you more fries than you ask for
Recommend: Burger, small fries
Tip: Go to a different fast casual burger joint.

This is a pretty hit and miss Five guys. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it isn’t. Sometimes the people working there are doing a great job, sometimes they phone it in. Sometimes the place is fairly peaceful and a nice place to enjoy a burger and other times the the tables are gross or the opposite, they’re cleaning with an improperly mixed ammonia mixture leading to an overwhelming smell. Either way this is an ok Five guys depending entirely on when you show up.

Dietary restrictions: Like with any five Guys, avoid this place if you are allergic to peanuts. Their fries are fried in peanut oil and they have big open boxes of free peanuts out in the dining area to ward off allergic people like Garlic wards off Vampires.

Parking: There’s plenty of parking close by

I am super happy because the young man who helped me asked me if I was allergic to something, wonderful attention as always. I love the place and especially its products. Fairfax 8:28
