Third time in a row they mess up our order. The people they hire at this location cannot handle 4 orders!So disappointing. So frustrating.5 guys has lost all standards with who they hire and how they train them

Maybe it was the time ... got there an hour before close.The fries were undercooked. The staff was coughing which was a bit off putting. One of the drink machines didn't have carbonation or ice.The burger was good...Spent $28 (after tax and 10 percent tip) for a burger, regular fries and a drink. Yikes...

So I've never been to Five Guys until today!! I was shocked by the free peanuts, and the insane amount of fries! (So much so that I took many pictures for you to see!!) The Cajun fries were good, I wish it had more Cajun seasoning though! I got the cheeseburger all the way, I like that option, with all the toppings! We also ordered one but with lettuce wrap. No one even batted an eye which was nice. The restaurant was clean, and burgers were made to order. I was surprised by the price, $11 per burger is pretty hefty but it was a decent sized burger! I'm not sure how it compares to other locations but I had a good experience :) It was also super popping on a Sunday evening which definitely tells you something... IT'S GOOD

The best damned burgers on Earth, amazing fries, and the most amazing soda machine ever invented.
Not a good experience. I'm not always such a germ freak, but the air is on fire from Canada and it's gross. When I go to a restaurant like Five Guys I don't want to be put off by the lack of hand washing. I observed one out of the four employees present mime their hand washing but I watched two others come from the back, one starting their shift and handling personal items and the other doing trash and then buckets of fries. No hand washing in between. Going from trash to grill with no hand washing is just a hard no from me. I really enjoy this food, but we need to have some standards.I brought it up with the employees present but they didn't really speak English. The younger of the group of employees acknowledged it and apologized. Gross, though

My $6.50 grilled cheese sandwich consisted of a hamburger bun turned inside out and 2 slices of cheese. 10 minutes to make. Not worth it.
