I ordered via starship and they literally had to have thrown my food in the robot because the lid was off and all the food was spilled out of the container, literally causing the bag to leak. I’m so sick of these workers. I understand we’re near the end of the year but that doesn’t meant start slacking.

Ordered the Sante Fe flatbread for a second time and I believe I got food poisoning from it :(

Meh, Chipotle chicken flatbread was good, buffalo chicken quesadilla was horrible, how do you mess up a quesadilla

Food was very very bland, very basic, got the sante fe quesadilla, very mid for $8.5 should be like $4 even then I’m not coming back. Chipotle better value and taste. Tasted like school cafeteria food pretty much but slightly worse. Tried to feed it to a bird and he didn’t even want it

Slowest place ive ever been to in my life. Ordered 45 minutes before class and they hadnt even started when I got there. Refunds are processed thru a 3rd party so to go that route is extremely inconvenient. This scamming, inconsiderate company doesnt care about people or your time. Avoid if you have a life with things to do.

Sucks plain and simple. Food was disgusting and cold, and they skimp you on proteins more than Chipotle does. The rice almost broke my tooth because I bit down and it was hard like a brick. Workers are just exchange students who don’t give a damn about you or what they’re doing. Nonsense between classes.

The menu has a wide selection of food, the Flatbread are especially tasty, shout out to the pesto chicken Flatbread and the BBQ chicken Flatbread. However, the rice bowls are atrocious, maybe it's just a bad staff member or a machine not working, who knows, but the rice I got in my Buffalo chicken rice bowl was horribly undercooked. I kept eating think maybe it's just me, maybe I'm just tripping. Nope rice was horribly undercooked all the way though. So here I am leaving this review, evening meal ruined. This isn't the first time this has happened but I think it's the last time I'm going to try their ricebowls. Totally recommend their various Flatbreads though. However this is NOT the place for rice: I'd suggest Akeno Sushi next door. Prices are not too horrible, a Flatbread costs arroumd 7.99 and a rice bowl arround 8.99 but paying 8.99 for undercooked rice is insane. Not alot of meat in the rice bowls either to add insult to injury.TLDR:Flip kitchen makes me want to flip off a roof due to how bad the rice is.

While the food is tasty and the pricing is fair, service and details leave a lot to be desired. I saw the sign promising a soy free Mexican bowl, but was told by the Manager Renya is was not soy-free!

Chipotle chicken club was the greatest sandwich I have ever consumed. It should be illegal how amazing this place is. The tropical therapy smoothie quite literally made me shed tears of joy. 100% would recommend 5/5.
