I love their custard ice cream. Tried the brisket burger and it was huge a very good.

Love their custard. Always make a stop when visiting my family in the US.
The food was good. It was a bit confusing that they had two different pick-up spots for the food and ice cream. It was very busy so I couldn't even see that there was another counter. Seating was very limited. I had to walk around lots of people to get to anything. I don't know if I would bother eating in again of it was busy, but the food and ice cream were worth going back to pick up.
Place has gone so downhill the last few years, quality / consistency of food being the main thing

Kinda busy but drive through is fast.
The food is pretty decent, but where it all falls apart is the service. Pro tip for this location: NEVER ORDER AHEAD. We have done it 4 times and we're always there earlier than the estimated time just in-case. Our food is never put out on the designated pick-up shelf even after waiting 10+ minutes, and instead they keep everything behind the counter and we have to ask for it. What's the purpose of having an entire shelf if you don't use it?
Our food is consistently barely warm after we receive it. They're lucky that their custard is so good or else we'd never come back.
I would love to see the service here improved and for the love of God please use the shelf like it's supposed to.

The symptoms we experienced strongly suggest food poisoning, which has caused us significant discomfort and disrupted our daily lives.
