Manager Mark was a 5 star, ensuring ALL patrons were taken care of during dine in and outside experience! Asking table by table if there was anything needed or he could do for you. This place is good, we order the hot dog, the #1 Burger and Patty Melt. then I feed my gut with the Mint chocolatechip Sundae, which to me not even Baskin and Robbins and DQ can't match.

Absolutely delicious food and ice cream. Unfortunately all 3 times I’ve been here, it’s been an insanely long wait. The drive thru will sit still for 15-20 minutes. One time my wife and I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes without moving, after 3 other cars came and backed out of the drive thru, we backed out too. I went in thinking they must be prioritizing the inside line. After standing there for 10 minutes, also without moving, a guy in front of me said “I haven’t moved in 20 minutes, this is crazy!!” I just walked out at that point.If they weren’t helping people inside or outside, I’m not sure who they are helping. In the poor kids defense, it was 2 teenagers working…. TWO. I’m guessing it’s a management/owner failure. Pay more, your restaurant literally isn’t running.Edit: updating this review from several months ago. The restaurant is now staffed appropriately, and all the new younger kids they have hired are SO POLITE. Still the same delicious food, but no longer crazy waits. Definitely one of our favorite burger spots now. Thank you for correcting the staffing issues, and doing it well!

I've come to this location a couple of times. Freddy's has some really great steakburgers, but they need to work on improving their ordering system. Couple of times after ordering my food, I missed my order because I could not hear the audio for my order number, especially when it gets loud. I'm glad at least the servers are nice to help me figure out my order when I always wonder why it is taking so long. You get a lot of fries with your steakburger, which can be a bit salty sometimes. The chocolate brownie concrete is so good, however, and it's fun to dip the fries in the shake.
