Sounds like people are hot or cold on this place. My experience was pleasant. Relaxing atmosphere and the employee was friendly and helpful as I built my own bowl. Portions on the small bowl were just right, albeit a bit pricy (See photo). I got oatmeal, blueberry flax granola with kiwi, mango and strawberry’s and toppings of hempseed and almond slices.
I love smoothies and think that acai bowls might be my favorite food, normally it's so delicious. So after getting to my hotel and wandering around the nearest mall for a few minutes (looking for something to eat) - when I found Frutta Bowls, I was excited. The atmosphere/set-up was nice, the service (and they were clearly looking for help/hiring) was good, and I was excited to try the food. However, I think the food was the least impressive part of this experience for me....
Overall, a good experience. I had the Brovacado and a Bubbly soda. I do wish they had forks and knives, but they don’t. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which makes this a positive experience. I would recommend this spot to anyone and I would come back again the next time I am in the mall. It is not in a food court, so walk through the mall to find it.
