Iâm really disappointed with my recent visit to Häagen-Dazs. I was already in line, waiting to be helped, when a mom and her kids came rushing in, loud and chaotic â completely cutting in front of me. Whatâs worse is that the staff didnât acknowledge me or try to manage the situation at all.
There were three other employees there, not busy, just standing around. No one stepped in to help or even offer a simple âWeâll be right with you.â Instead, they served the mom and kids like I wasnât even there. I felt completely brushed aside and disrespected.
This wasnât just about waiting â it was about basic courtesy and customer service. If Iâm taking the time to support your store, I expect to be treated fairly, not ignored in favor of whoeverâs the loudest. Really disappointing experience.
Not sure if they require an IQ test to work there, clearly notâŚstay clear of the place if Ashley is there. Her customer service skills are as good as a walnut.

I know for the same price I can get my own pint of Haagen Dazs. But itâs one of the few treats I really let myself indulge in. I come here after a big accomplishment at work or need a pick-me-up. I get the chocolate cone with sprinkled peanuts and two scoops of coffee ice-cream - and itâs the best. Nothing hits the spot quite like it. Staff are super friendly. From time to time I may try another flavor. The coffee chip is good too. But I usually revert back. Moments of happiness seem priceless.

Everytime my kids get a haircut, we always get ice cream afterwards. The new tradition is already something they look forward too, but Jareth adds that final touch for us. Always smiling, extremely helpful, and very welcoming đđ˝ glad to have such a nice staff on top of the delicious ice cream!
