This was my first time visiting this hot pot restaurant with a group of more than 10 friends. Overall, I enjoyed the hot pot broth and the sauces, which were quite flavorful.

However, I was a little disappointed with the quality of some of the vegetables and ingredients. In particular, the baby corn looked and tasted like canned corn rather than fresh corn. The color was dull, and it just didn’t look very fresh.

Yesterday, everything was fine until I was handed the soup’s menu. It was a roach crawling on the menu. I do not tolerate bugs or any insects of any kind!! Especially where I get my food. This completely turned me off. Food was okay but I just don’t do roaches.

The food tasted great, but the portion was disappointing. The plate was mostly rice with very little chicken, making it far from a balanced or healthy meal. I even asked to pay extra for additional chicken, but the kitchen refused, saying they were busy—even though I was the only customer. It’s frustrating when you’re willing to pay more to get what you want, but you still don’t have that option.
