I was there today to get a grilled chicken sub. Marcell was very helpful and kind to me, I had a ton of questions about ingredients and he answered all of them patiently. The sub was very good, loved it. If i’m ever there I will always ask for marcell as he was the best.

I come to JJ mostly because my daughters really like it. But I was charged $16.99 for a Giant bread and cheese sandwich. The order was mixed up I should have gotten a Giant veggie and regular cheese sandwich. I also buy a full loaf of bread when we visit at $1.99. Looking at the menu I could have bought a loaf of bread and slices of provolone for over half what I was charged for the Giant sandwich I was charged. JJ should be ashamed for charging that price for a loaf of bread...
