I was missing guacamole from my bag, still had my receipt and uneaten food. Was told they can’t give me missing guacamole and to call corporate. It would take them 2 secs to fix the issue rather than calling some care representative would has better things to do.
This chipotle is usually pretty good, but this evening it was busy. Sad to say that I was charged for extra chicken that I never asked for. I think they were getting orders confused. Still frustrating paying four dollars more than you need to.
