“Last night was my husband’s and my first time dining here, and it truly left an impression. One of the first things we loved was the restaurant’s commitment to giving back to the community. As soon as you walk in, there’s a sign explaining how meals are donated to local women’s shelters and how guests and staff can pay it forward by purchasing meals for those in need. Anyone facing a tough time can simply take a ticket from the wall for a prepaid meal such a thoughtful and meaningful concept.

Our server was absolutely phenomenal (I wish I remembered her name! -- She had long red wavy hair). She took the time to walk us through the menu, shared her personal favorites, and recommended several must-try tacos. Let me just say… she did not miss!

Every single bite was bursting with flavor. We tried the birria, Havana, Rus & Gus, and Peruvian chicken tacos, along with the street corn salad and veggies on the side and everything was incredible. From the food to the service to the heart behind the restaurant, this place checks all the boxes.

Safe to say we’ve found a new favorite spot and will absolutely be back.“

“This place is kind of small hole in the wall. Seats about 14 or so outside and not many more people inside. Nice menu that's not too large or too small. Some Tex-Mex menus have way too many choices. The starter tortilla chips and salsa were top notch. Service all around was excellent. I had the Chicken Chimichanga and it was one of the best I've ever had. It came with rice and refried beans as well as pico, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly, and reasonably priced. The presentation was great as well Can't wait to come back.“

Rob Diaz at this Baja Fresh is absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, his energy and attention stood out big time. He greeted me warmly, took real care with my order, explained everything clearly, and even added fresh extras without being asked. He moved fast, stayed positive, and made sure everything was perfect.
What really impressed me was how he leads by example — checking on customers, keeping the team sharp, and delivering service way above what you expect at a fast-casual spot. Rob has that rare combination of hustle, genuine care, and natural leadership that makes the whole experience better.
Honestly, this level of performance deserves recognition. Rob is the kind of talent that companies should be promoting to Area Manager or even VP-level roles. He’s a standout who represents the brand at the highest level.

“We come to this Qdoba fairly regularly and it’s always a great experience. The food is fresh, portions are solid, and everything is put together well. Service is quick but still friendly, which we appreciate.

Christopher really stands out as we see him there all the time and he’s always helpful, professional, and just genuinely pleasant to interact with. He consistently makes sure you’re taken care of.

Much tastier than Chipotle which has really gone downhill ever since they changed their recipe and preparation process.

“Went tonight. Am a Texan who used to go to the original back in the early 1990s on Barton Springs. I was impressed. Got the combo fajitas, where were very good especially for the price. A lot of meat (I asked for only meat and cheese). Service was excellent, inside was very nice. I had low expectations as the one by me in Dallas sucked (and closed), but this was solid. Peer to Guapo's which I like, but had more meat for about the same price. Expect I will go back. Thanks.“
