The tortilla was perfectly toasted and crispy on the outside, but still soft inside, stuffed with a ton of juicy, well-seasoned chicken and cheese that was fully melted all the way through. Nothing skimpy or super greasy about it, just really well made. What really stood out was the service. It was extremely fast - I barely had time to stand around after ordering before they were calling my name. And you can tell it's all freshly made, not sitting under a heat lamp. Hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Today was actually my second time getting the quesadilla and I was wondering if the first time was just a fluke. It was not. It was just as good as the first time I got it, still a 5/5. Super consistent, which is rare for a lot of spots/food trucks.
