The best little bakery you could ask for and it’s right in my neighborhood. This could be a problem. Maybe if I walk there I can burn enough calories to justify a daily cinnamon roll. And time my arrival as Max is pulling them out of the oven. Because they are sooo good. Also try the baguettes, croissants, and various pastries that seem to randomly roll out throughout the morning.

It is well worth the drive from Woodbridge to Just Baked Bakery,in Fairfax, to get hot cinnamon rolls. They are not like your normal cinnamon roll, they are flaky and not super sweet; they are just right. The owner Max and his dog Daisy make everyone feel like they are old friends. The place smells like warm bread all-day-long.
The very definition of "service with a smile". Even if these weren't the best baked goods I've tried in years, Max and Daisy the doggie raise it past 5 stars.
