Decent place - the fruit smoothie was great but the milk tea was forgettable (nothing great or terrible). The honey boba were perfectly chewy and had a nice flavor though. Service was quick and staff was friendly.

Tried Thirsty Joe and Strawberry Ice Blend. Wow! Both were excellent, very, very good!

Nice boba shop inside the Fair Oaks mall. They have a decent selection of drinks and the prices were reasonable. My drink was not cold when it should have been. It was weird to drink a warm milk tea that should have been colder. I’d almost prefer them to just add ice so it would have been better.
As far as the customer service goes, the staff working didn’t seem to enjoy their job. The one that took our order seemed annoyed and the girl who gave us our drinks seemed...
