The worst experience just trying to order a taco. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Be prepared to be yelled at if you ask simple questions

Seriously terrible service. The older lady is very bad. She is like intentionally wants me to have a bad day. I have no idea if she knows what she is doing. She’s gotta mean attitude on her and she ruin the burrito for me. I hundred percent sure. If I open the burrito in my car. The food will fall on the ground. Don’t recommend

We came here early one morning to try out breakfast burritos. The folks working at the counter were very friendly and I liked that I could make the burritos to order. However, all the ingredients sat in the counter and did not look fresh or appetizing. Once I tasted my burrito, it seemed to lack flavor as well. I did like that the tortilla used was layered, similar to an Indian parantha. While the meal was fine, flavor and freshness was not prioritized so I won't be returning to this gas station shop.

Today I went to buy tacos and cigarettes, the tacos were charged more than what the receipt said and the cigarettes on the shelf say 7.10 and I ended up paying almost 10, I think I will not return to this place, I do not recommend it

In Rio Grande Valley border towns, this South Texas chain is famous for its breakfast tacos with homemade tortillas. For maximum effect, go first thing in the morning when everything is fresh, order at the counter, and ask for your tacos con frijoles, papas (potato), y huevos (3 egg options were w/ chorizo, sausage and “a la Mexicana”). They’ll smear a spoonful of frijoles on the tortilla and then load it up with everything else. I’d also get salsa and pico de gallo, but on the side so it doesn’t get everything soggy. 2 tacos are enough for most people. They’re pretty big. I’d say the ones in the RGV are still on another level, but this is still doubtless the best breakfast tacos in NoVA, and I’m glad to have them when I’m craving something authentic. I was stunned when I realized this staple of my hometown had several locations here. They should probably limit their hours to early afternoon to focus on breakfast / lunch until they grow enough business out here. I think once it catches on, it’ll be yet another DC-area place with long lines.

I thought the food was delicious and the service was great, the woman who helped me was kind and patient. I’m writing the review to let Laredo know that you may need new tortillas! They fell apart instantly when I picked them up. Otherwise, the taste and quality was great, only reason for 4 stars is the

The lady who attended me came out angry just because I asked how it was ordered and she asked me if she didn't know how to read that she hadn't seen the sign that was there and a very terrible character

I go to Texas all the time due to my work and they have so many Laredo tacos on hwy 20 pass Dallas to pecos tx. This place in Virginia have limited menu over priced . Paid $20 for two orders of chicken bowls. All food seems old and awful taste . Definitely not worth stopping there.

This place has potential but the staff lets it down. They have you order from a kiosk, but still yell at you across the store to ask questions even though you put your order in correctly and they are asking things you already put in and selected. They don't keep anything in stock, so the cashier always has to remove items from your bill as well. The food had good seasoning but was not fresh, rice was rock hard. I am very disappointed as I can tell with better staff this food would be excellent.

Don’t waste your time. Food was fine but a terrible experience. I won’t go back. You order from a screen then they follow what the receipt says. But the worker barely even looked at it. Gave us half our order without anything on it. Asked them to fix it. Was a struggle. They gave us the rest but still failed to put any toppings on the tacos so they were plain. One item we order didn’t show on their receipt? They didn’t even give us salsa. Overall, a very frustrating experience and couldn’t enjoy the food. What’s the point of having a system you’re not going to follow or listen to the customer.
