First Watch is a newly opened restaurant in Fair Lakes, VA, taking the place of the old TGIFridays location. The restaurant is spacious, with a bright and airy interior, including a lovely bar area. The staff, though still in training during the soft opening event, provided friendly and attentive customer service. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, including the Morning Meditation juice, pesto chicken quinoa bowl, blueberry muffin, Trifecta, and Million Dollar bacon. A standout dish is the fluffy blueberry pancakes, and the maple syrup on the Million Dollar bacon adds a sweet touch. The AM Bowl, with coconut chia pudding and fruit, was a particular favorite. Overall, the use of fresh and natural ingredients ensures a delightful dining experience at First Watch.
