I had a terrible experience here. The owner was drunk, extremely rude and treated us with no respect at all. He yelled at us in front of other customers, used insulting language, and had a very bad attitude. On top of that, he tried to overcharge us for our order, and when we asked about it, he became even more aggressive. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone — it ruined what was supposed to be a nice visit.

We used to visit Layali regularly with friends, both on weekdays and weekends, and initially the owner was friendly. Over time, he started behaving rude, disrespectful and unprofessional especially after drinking and overcharging for things like hookah and entry fees that seemed random and unfair. I had mentioned before that I would write a review and never return after being disrespected but I chose not to as he apologized earlier and requested our group to come back. However, this time they crossed all limits. Last night was the worst experience, he insulted me and my friends publicly, used abusive language, and even drove his car dangerously close to us outside the lounge on the sidewalk. It was extremely disrespectful and unsafe. I’ve recommended this place to many before, but after this experience, I’ll never return or suggest it to anyone.
