My first time at this place and I wasn’t that impressed. While the atmosphere is nice, the food isn’t. I ordered the NY strip, medium well w/ scalloped potatoes and broccoli. My steak was well done, good flavor but not cooked to medium well. The scalloped potatoes weren’t bad but the broccoli-I’m still upset about that. It’s served in a bowl, no salt or butter and get this, the broccoli consists of very little pieces of broccoli and shavings of the stalk-who eats broccoli like that? SMH. I should’ve taken pics of everything but I was so disappointed that I didn’t. The service was mediocre. I read the reviews, which is what got me to try this place, however, it is definitely my last. If I could give 100 thumbs down as a rating, I would.

I love this place!! The food is fantastic. I can’t say enough about it. Every dish is better than the last. The ambience is fun, and I especially appreciate their dog-friendly outdoor seating. Brenda was my server, and she rocks. She’s knowledgeable and friendly, and made a nearly perfect evening more than perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve come to this restaurant a few times, and although it’s not great, I like it because it’s usually quiet on Wednesdays when I usually go. I’ve never really had a major issue, but a month ago (Sep 3) I mistakenly left my phone charger plugged in at bar and I naively thought that Sarah —the only bartender at the time — would safekeep it for me. Well, I thought wrong. I’ve been back a couple of times asking if they’ve found it and, apparently , it’s nowhere to be found. I even inquired Greg (the manager) to check if someone has seen it, but the response was the same: NO. Anyhow, I’m not sure why an employee would have the need to keep it rather than placing it in the designated lost and found area, but this is by itself very telling for me. Just because of this, I will not be going back to this establishment. Outrageous!

We recently visited Lazy Dog while traveling from North Carolina, and it definitely lived up to the hype! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The staff was exceptional—our waiter was on top of everything, always keeping our drinks full, and the manager made sure to check in regularly to ensure we were enjoying our experience. The food was not only delicious but also freshly made and authentically prepared—no frozen items here! Plus, the food came out quickly, so there was no long wait to enjoy our meal. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we especially loved that it’s pet-friendly, with a special menu just for our furry friends. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food and top-notch service!

Brad was the best server! When my beer sampler had a beer wrong, he quickly went back and got me the replacement. He also was patient and attentive to our family party, and quickly applied the Military discount as requested 😊 Can’t wait to come back and receive wonderful service again!
