The food here is good and the portions are good.
The service needs to be improved
Only 1 person takes orders and it takes way to long to get a to go order.
Last weekend I went in, waited 15 minutes for the 1 person to address a dispute on a check, the poor person with the dispute at the end let it go, then it was my turn and the dishes I wanted they were out of.,...
This place needs more than one cashier or order taker.

Don’t waste your time getting the chicken from here. It was raw, it had pink and red on the inside. We had to put it in the oven to finish cooking. The yuka was soggy. Also looked as if not fully cooked. Not quality food. After we finished cooking it, it still didn’t taste right. We were very disappointed. NEVER WILL GO BACK AGAIN. Don’t waste your money and time.
Food was bad yuca was old and sauce didn’t taste like anything it was very watery chicken doesn’t taste the same as when it was max chicken now that they change owners is not good anymore the guy that was at the register was rude and didn’t want to help
I used to be a regular at this place when it was Max Chicken, and I appreciated the unique flavors offered. However, I’ve noticed some changes under the new ownership that I believe could be improved. The chicken I recently had was dry and lacked the flavor that I remembered, largely due to an overuse of pepper. Additionally, the mayo was very bland even my children said it had no flavor.
I had placed a to-go order for fried rice, but I ended up receiving white rice instead. While this was an unintentional mistake, I have to say that the white rice looked fresher than the fried rice I was given. The fried rice tasted old and was not fresh, not fluffy, and had hard pieces of rice in it.
I think it would be beneficial for the owners to consider revisiting the original recipes from the previous owner, as those flavors were a significant draw for customers. Sadly, I will have to go back to Wild Chicken to enjoy a more authentic taste.
On a positive note, I do appreciate the customer service here, which is better than at Wild Chicken. That said, high-quality food should remain the priority.
Waste of $63.

They have changed ownership twice in the last 2 years and this last time the chicken was really bad. It is a pity this happened to this Peruvian place. They don’t serve a really good food anymore

What a great place to have real Peruvian food! The Lomo Saltado, Ceviche and Chicken Soup are excellent to name just a few of the extensive menu items. The dine-in restaurant is spacious and inviting, the service is friendly, and the location is convenient. The new management has really done wonders, and creates a very nice dining experience. Take out and delivery options are available, and the prices are very reasonable. This is THE place to experience Peru !

So good for the money. And everything is really well prepared. Went there at 7:00 just as fresh chicken was coming out of the oven, it makes the whole place smell great. The quarter chicken with dark meat is super flavorful, it doesn't really need any help from the aji and green sauce, but those are really tasty too.I had a few different sides, the beans are pretty standard but the rice is basically Chinese style fried rice and completely delicious on its own. I also really like the thick steak fries. The service is friendly and pretty quick, though I managed to arrive between batches of chicken and had to wait 15 minutes. But it was so good that it was totally worth it.The only thing this place needs is a little help with the decor. Pretty much just an open room, not much decoration, and kind of harsh light and repetitive salsa music. Very clean, it's not unpleasant, but not five stars like the food. Great though if you want really tasty and inexpensive lunch.
