Thank you for making things right, McDonald's. McDonald's got in touch with me and fixed the issue. Original post: They get my order wrong half the time I go. I ordered a BEC (Bacon egg cheese) biscuit and a BEC mcgriddle. They gave me one BEC biscuit (correct) and one SAUSAGE BISCUIT (incorrect).

Sunday morning is my walk to McDonald's and listen to a podcast before church day. The service at this location is always top notch, I've never had a long wait. The food is good quality and of course the coffee is hot and strong.

I had my order placed 3 different times by 3 different people and they still got it wrong. I didnt even get my socks in one of my meals. I would post photos but I have received this review option days later

Customers at the cash register seem to be ignored minutes at a time by employees. To the employees' credit, they are working hard in the kitchen, at the drive-through, and with regard to cleaning; but it would be great if an associate were posted at the counter to readily take orders, help with refills, etc. I finally left without placing my follow-up order because no employee approached the register while I waited. Service is so much more ideal at Chick-fil-A. Associates there are generally already at the counter ready to greet and serve patrons prior to their arrival.

Hello, good afternoon, it’s unacceptable that in this place they deny extra ice. I asked the girl for extra ice because my glass doesn’t even have ice and she gives me a small glass telling me that for the extra ice she had to charge me more. I told her I just want ice and if you have to charge me I’ll pay you.. how ugly it is to see that knowing how hot the weather is, and they have to charge me more for the extra ice very disappointing I will never coming back to this place the lady w glasses very rude…
They always get my orders right. I always do drive through though, so I wouldn’t know if the experience is better or not inside. One of my favorite local Mc Donald’s! I always come back! 🤰

This location tends to take longer than usual, especially at the drive-thru after 9 PM. It seems like they have fewer staff or something, but it often takes a while for them to even open the window and hand over the food. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait during late hours.

Always friendly drive-thru staff. There were no lines. Easy to drive in and out. Although it has narrow driveways on the sides, There is ample free parking in the back for those who want to dine in.

I used the Mcd app and they messed up the orders it didn't apply app discount and the manager's name as Claudia blamed that it's my fault and she didn't want to fix it.
