This place has the worst customer service. All the managers here have attitudes. I had a code for 50% off and was the app was down and they could "only" do 40%. I'm confused. How can they not honor the app price? Rude Rude Rude employees. The worst customer service. Dont come here. They dont chane the oil and the food taste horrible.

By Far? The Worst Mcdonalds in the Area. The workers not Professional at all. The Manager " heavy set lady" has an Atittude Problem. Very Rude. Talks back to the Costumers. This place has Two Speeds. Slow and Super Slow. In a different location? More scale? It would have been closed by now. Or would have changed the whole crew.
This is the worst Mcdanold service, They took my receipt, they told me to wait and then they brought me the food forgot a sandwich. The person behind me they told them to park they brought their food and it was also wrong.

BE AWARE if you redeem points, they will act like the order DID NOT go through, but it really did & they will lie, when the food is sitting on the corner, the manager skinny lady with heavy accent, was the one who gave my partner a hard time with his own order. Be careful and aware. I had to show my history order and she still denied it. Crazy.

There is one crazy female employee there who yells at you if you don’t buy anything and just ask for water and napkins. She yells you have to pay for them. If she thinks you made a mess in the bathroom she yells at you accusing you of making the mess, then bangs on the door w the mop. She truly is mental and scary, Dont know why mgt lets her get away w this behavior. Also they are supposed to close the lobby at 11, but continuously close it wary around 10. I’m seriously thinking about calling the police if she harasses me again.
