I drove 10 minutes to this location for a pick up. I was so frustrated waiting for my order for another 20 mins. Extremely Slow, and no priority given to people inside. They just serve drive thru while we are made to wait here. Just saw a car drive to drive through and get served before my order is even taken.

This is the worst place I have ever been to not just food wise but in life. everytime I ask for water they complain and want to charge me for a sweet tea, the “ice cream machine is broken” all the time when I literally saw people walking out with ice cream cones, the staff doesn’t speak good English so when they don’t understand something and mess and they slam the drive thru window in your face. I literally hate this place, and my advice to anyone that sees this review NEVER and I mean NEVER spend your money here. rude staff, food messed up, and just crazy

Went inside every employee behind the counter was so focus on food prep and the drive - thru they just left the customers at the counter standing there.. No cashier at all. Like we had all day to wait to spend our money.🥴 The finally came and the guy had that wrong.😐 I wouldn't recommend you come to this location.😏

Went there after 4pm for the $1:49 sweet tea was told by a male Spanish guy at register who was rude and argued with me that they don't have even though I insisted I seen on TV I asked for the manager who said they do offer it

For starters, got to the drive thru order area and after nearly 2 minutes, no one took my order. So, simply got in line. When I got to the window, had to wait for the folks there to find someone that could speak English. Next placed my order for 2 sausage McMuffins and a senior coffee. The gal taking my order asked me for nearly 12 bucks. I said, isn't the deal, buy one and get one for an extra $1? She said no, so I said OK, and simply pulled away and went to the Wendys just up the road. Suggest skipping this particular McDonalds. The simply do NOT have their act together.
I really believe we should update the drive thru hours. I showed up at 4:35 AM, because according to the time on here they open the drive thru at 4:30 AM. And they tell me they open until 5 AM, so I had to drive to another McDonalds that was slightly farther, and I just don’t think that’s fair.

Ordered a sandwich and large fries for delivery. They totally left out the sandwich and sent a half full container of fries. No kidding, the attached photo is how the fries arrived.

Nastiest employees ever, firstly they come only for their paychecks and this Large fries order, which I’m sure not a big deal for them if it’s filled lousy but big deal for me, because I have to drive there specifically for my fries and considering that I am a paying customer, this is exactly what I deserve, not checking my order!!

Customer service was absolutely terrible. I ordered on the app in advance, walked into the store and they almost gave me the wrong order, and when they found out it was wrong the guy gave me my order without a bag. FOUR boxes and two cups of drinks and one of them was empty! When I asked what the cup was for, and the guy said he didn’t know. “Just look at the receipt” he said! They didn’t even have everything ready for me and expected ME to do something about it.
