Ordered a sandwich and large fries for delivery. They totally left out the sandwich and sent a half full container of fries. No kidding, the attached photo is how the fries arrived.

Nastiest employees ever, firstly they come only for their paychecks and this Large fries order, which I’m sure not a big deal for them if it’s filled lousy but big deal for me, because I have to drive there specifically for my fries and considering that I am a paying customer, this is exactly what I deserve, not checking my order!!

Customer service was absolutely terrible. I ordered on the app in advance, walked into the store and they almost gave me the wrong order, and when they found out it was wrong the guy gave me my order without a bag. FOUR boxes and two cups of drinks and one of them was empty! When I asked what the cup was for, and the guy said he didn’t know. “Just look at the receipt” he said! They didn’t even have everything ready for me and expected ME to do something about it.

Do not order the filet o fish. It was so small I thought i was mistaken about what I had ordered.

They gave me the wrong items (putting the wrong burger in a box with the name of the burger I bought) and asked me to go back to the store with the wrong items and the receipt before they could give me a refund. If you don't happen to live nearby, how can you drive back to the store? I said I didn't have time and couldn't go back to the store, but the clerk insisted I had to go back before they would refund my money.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS STORE!!!

BEWARE! Horrible, rude, unsupervised pre-teens and teens from nearby Rock Run Middle Schools and Chantilly High School dominate this McDonald’s daily trying to impress the each other with foul language, horseplay,, loitering long after they’ve eaten-many not even eating. Management will not intervene or ask them to leave, even as they openly taunt and laugh at other guests. This place needs a security guard or should not let unaccompanied minors eat in. Those not eating should not be allowed to loiter.

Had a terrible experience thru the drive thru as the person was very rude. Had to park then they came to the wrong window and did not give all the food. By going inside I expressed what was missing and they fixed it, just not noticing they ripped the bag. So could not even enjoy the food. Horrible..
Ordered a mcchrisp meal through the drive-through, and they gave me a fish filet Patty for the mccrisp sandwich. Try to ask for another meal when I came back due to the food being cold, and they only just bothered to give me a sandwich and a small fry
