I rarely post negative reviews, but my experience was beyond subpar. The owner/employee couldn't have been more rude. Walked in when not a single person was inside, was never greeted, just stared at as I looked around. Asked for a sample and she shoved the spoon right on my hand smearing the ice cream and not even offering a napkin. Ended up getting a small cup even though I was already turned off by the service, and to make things worse, the ice cream was extremely melty! It made sense why there weren't any customers inside on a 90° Saturday early afternoon. I regretted not going to the few other surrounding ice cream shops. Word of advice, good customer service goes a long way in the food industry. Unfortunately there's no way I'll ever go back nor recommend this business. Better off supporting a business that is actually glad to see you there.

My family enjoyed this ice cream shop in the past so drove out of our way to get it again. The flavors are unique and taste good, but the size of their scoops are inconsistent between the employees and not worth the cost. I ordered 3 single scoops and all 3 had different amounts. One was so small that I thought it was a kiddie scoop. For $5.50 and $0.50 extra for a sugar cone, the amount of ice cream they give you is not worth it. We will not be coming back.

Really glad to see this place has such a wide array of flavors! Two of my faves (coffee oreo and cinnamon) are not common but I found them both here.
That said, I will not likely get a milkshake here again. $10 is entirely too much, and mine was way more milk than shake--I didn't even need the straw to drink it.
Aside from that, I will definitely be back!

They had a few dairy-free options here. Lychee, lemon and mango sorbets. They have interesting tropical flavor of ice cream and even a unique flavor of Thai iced tea ice cream. The dark chocolate ice cream was good as well. The lychee ice sorbet was a little bit on the sweeter side. We may come back to try other flavors.

Closed at 1pm on a Thursday with a sign saying they will return at 12? Bummed to not be able to try. Will certainly update my review if I can ever have some.

The ice cream here is rich flavored and amazing and at a great price. With 36 flavors they have something for everyone, and even have some exotic flavors that I had never heard of before. The store is clean and well decorated. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this of you are wandering around Mosaic on a hot day.

Unique favors; wanted to try them all but at the time when we went, they were severely understaffed. Extremely reasonable prices especially the neighborhood we were in. Plenty of parking nearby with a lot of other eateries. Loved the favors that we got; (Mango sorbet, matcha) will definitely go again.

Caution, this place doesn't keep their holiday hours up to date. Been here once before and the ice cream was fine. But showing up today with hungry kids in the rain to find out they closed 4 hours early without notice on their website where we checked was not ideal. If they at least posted online their holiday hours that would help us avoid these situations.

I recently had a terrible experience at this ice cream shop. I ordered the durian flavor, but it was melting and dripping in the employee's hand. When I asked her to make another one, she misunderstood or was too scared of the owner. She tried to clean the cup and gave it back to me with the ice cream almost completely melted. The Super Oreo I got for my daughter was extremely sweet, like eating a scoop of sugar.
When I checked out, I wanted to talk to the owner and hoped she would resolve the issue, but she was extremely rude and unpleasant. She saw the melted ice cream but still had an attitude, making me want to leave as quickly as possible. My daughter, despite witnessing everything, still said "thank you" to the owner, but she ignored my daughter's kind gesture.
I usually support local and small business but this experience was disappointing and frustrating. The quality of the ice cream was poor, and the service was even worse.
