I really enjoyed this ice cream, i got the coffee oreo. no complaints on the flavor & i love the location. I do feel like they need a better system & limit the amount of samples offered. The customer before us tried almost every single flavor. this lead to a huge line in a small store, some people even left.
This shop offers very unique flavors, like cucumber and sheer yakh, alongside common ice cream flavors. Mimi herself is very sweet and friendly. My only complaint is that the shop is often out of the most popular flavors!
Amazing service and understanding. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I was told no milkshakes. I was bummed and left the line. I stopped at the cashier and said “it’s a bummer to wait in line and be told no milkshakes”. Why not have a sign? The lady took it on herself to leave the cash register to make me a shake and then offered it to me for free. And it was amazing. Really good flavor. Now that’s customer service companies should learn...
