A very disappointing experience with both the order and the catering service.
Even the manager was disrespectful and showed a lack of basic customer service.

Great place!! The staff was so attentive and polite. My food was hot and very flavorful. They give you enough sauces and bread. I will deff come here again and recommend it.

Disappointed with my visit. The staff seemed inattentive, and the dining area wasn’t clean — tables and seats still had leftover food. Prices are also quite high for the quality and service provided. I hope management improves cleanliness and customer care moving forward.

Whenever I’m in town I have to stop by and grab a plate. I enjoy the steak, lamb and chicken…. So good. Make sure to ask for the crispy rice.

This Moby Dick location has the best customer service. The manager Farzad Shojaei has great customer service skills. He is so kind to the customers and his staff. He is very welcoming. In addition the food is always prepared tender, juicy, and hot. We get Moby Dick from this location for many corporate events and Farzad always takes care of us. His team is also very kind and hospitable. Will be returning regularly.

Your spatial lubia polo ( green beans rice) was not good at all.
Never seen lubia polo
so bad in my life. Not only wasted my money I wasted my stomach never mind the time.
Learn to cook it right or stop serving it.

Why make me get out of my car to discover you are closed, rather than save me the trip and post your hours on the door?

This place was recommended by a friend who had worked in DC for years as a place their family frequented. Great variety on the menu. The food did not disappoint - and at a relatively inexpensive price!

Mobey Dicks is a well known establishment, known for its delicious kabob. I visited after a long day of cleaning out a storage unit and I wanted food I knew was good (no gamble) and reasonably priced for the portions given ( my husband and I generally share a chicken kabob plate). We both were satisfyingly stuffed after our visit. The staff behind the counter were polite and efficient.
I only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because when choosing a table (mind u at their busy hour), some of the tables were dirty and unavailable. This is not a large restaurant, but they have done well with the room that they have.
If you have never tried kabob (I know a few ppl who have not) or like me, you haven't had kabob in quite some time; then stop by for take out or to dine in. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

They require you to provide your e-mail and phone number just to order food. This is unacceptable. If you have the money to buy food, that's all you should need to provide. Stop farming customer data and just provide your service.
