I went to the Fair Lakes location which is not my regular one, but I needed to pick up a cake for my friend's daughter who's turning 5. I called in the order and went to pick it up. I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Nina was the one who got my cake. I looked at some balloons that they had on display and I asked her which one she thought was appropriate. She volunteered to go in the back and brought 5 more options to choose from and even cut the stem and placed it on the cake. In a world where we're lacking good customer service, this young lady totally made my day. I'm already a huge fan of this business, love the cakes and the staff, but today was exceptional!

Cakes are always tasty. Asked for the nutritional info due to an allergy and the lady who helped us showed us a binder with l the ingredients for each cake. Very helpful.

Expensive and soggy cupcakes. Not worth it at all. Nothing special about them. My guests did not like them.

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes in general but the one at Fair Lakes is particularly amazing! Last night I called and ordered the Banana pudding and the Reese's chocolate and peanut butter and Maya was really sweet and helpful. Uber Delivery was supposed to pick them up and deliver them but the driver didn't even try to get there before the store closed so the manager, Nina, stepped up and delivered them herself! I love their food but this store is just awesome and I really really appreciate Nina and Maya for making my night a little bit sweeter last night!

Best of the best Nothing Bundt location in the world. They always make my day when I order from this location. Highly recommend to anyone who wants soft and delicious cup cakes.

Had a relatively large order with a mix of everything from boxes of bundtini's, full size cakes, and triple bundt towers. They had everything decorated and ready for pick-up. The team even assisted with loading everything in the truck. Everyone was so kind and caring!! The cakes also tasted amazing and fresh, which you can always expect here. I am so grateful that the NBT team took care of this holiday order and made it as stress-free as possible.

Stopped here on the way home to Delaware! Got a chocolate chocolates chip bunt and it was amazing! Cake was very moist and just the right amount of sweetness!

Bring your own fork. They'll sell you cake but without any way to properly eat it.

Sits right beside the Taco Bamba in the Fair Lakes shopping center. Usually I’m a churros girl after tacos BUT I had to try the new pineapple upside down Bundt cake and bayyyybay it did NOT disappoint. Moist and delish! The icing always leads me to think it will be super sweet but NOPE icing was perfect.
