I really enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken. The chicken was tender and cooked just right—neither tough nor dry. The peanuts added a nice crunch, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. For lunch, my friend and I stopped by Oriental Café to satisfy my Chinese food craving, and it was amazing! I tried the Ultimate Comfort Noodle Bowl, loaded with shrimp, chicken, beef, and fresh veggies. Made with a flavorful bone broth and 100% gluten-free, it was both healthy and delicious. A little hot sauce made it even better! I highly recommend this warm, comforting dish—perfect for chilly days and a great alternative to Vietnamese pho. 🍜
Everyone at the restaurant was incredibly friendly, and the space was clean and tidy. My order arrived within minutes and was served hot. I couldn’t help but notice the stir-fried rice at the table next to me—the portion was huge and smelled amazing! Even though the noodle soup filled me up, I’ll definitely be coming back to try their fried rice next time. 😄

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Oriental Cafe today. I ordered fried rice to go, and what I received honestly felt like leftovers from who knows when. The rice tasted old and was barely edible.
What makes this worse is that I drove 55 minutes to come here because I’ve been a customer for years. I came back today expecting the same quality I remembered—and I couldn’t have been more wrong.
They first made my order incorrectly by adding onions. I very clearly asked for NO onions and repeated it several times. After pointing out the mistake, they remade it, but the attitude completely changed. The staff member seemed annoyed that I complained, even though it was their mistake. I even tipped twice, which makes this treatment even more upsetting.
The order was the worst fried rice I’ve ever had: no vegetables, only two shrimp, and barely chicken or beef. It felt like I was given the worst portion on purpose. I was so angry and disappointed that I couldn’t even eat it—I threw it away.
Losing a long-time customer over poor food quality and bad attitude is really unfortunate. I won’t be coming back.
