P.F. Chang's Fairfax is always a good meal. Menu selection is good, nice variety, with tasty appetizers and delicious main courses.
Table waiter was inattentive. To our table of 4 and very attentive to a table with lots more people.
Waiter was nice. Bar was slow making refresher drinks. Had to wait a while to get refill. Soup bowl was dirty, asked for new one, bowls were in dishwasher, took awhile to get a clean one. Food was delicious.
Service was good but the food was not quite up to par. I was expecting better taste from our dishes, yet was disappointed with a weird aftertaste. It was hard to determine what was causing the taste but it was noticeable.
Been awhile since we have been to PF Chang's so wanted to give it a shot. Server and hostess were really nice but the ambiance seemed dead. Everything looked kind of run down, a bit dirty, and a bit soulless. Not the old PF Chang's I remember that always had a great vibe. The entrees were pretty good but the dumpling appetizer was just OK. On top of that the price for what you got was very high. Wish we had skipped it and gone to a different restaurant. Dinner took around 35 minutes and was happy to leave.
The level of service at this location and the one In Tyson's has gone downhill over the last year. I don't attribute the lack of service to our server necessarily since I believe it somewhat had to do with them having too many tables. However, not receiving my salad until waiting almost 10 minutes to then ask for it when others at the table received their appetizers and soups, as well as having to go to the bar to get water refills is unacceptable. We will not be coming back.
Chicken lettuce wraps are consistently good at all locations! I wish I had gotten my usual dessert of banana spring rolls, yet I skipped dessert this time.
Mother's day was topped off with a great meal and better service from P.F. Chang's. They were very busy but seated us at our reserved time and the food was terrific.
Felt old and tired. Food was not nearly good enough for the hefty price tag. Bad value. Will not return.
Not a fan of the changes on the menu. The Chang's chicken noodle soup and now the shrimp with lobster sauce are both gone. They added teriyaki chicken and teriyaki trio to the menu. The teriyaki tasted more like a very sweet pineapple sauce and tastes nothing like teriyaki. I had to send it back. The Mongolian beef is no longer flash fried and isn't crunchy anymore. And now they charge for the small bowl of crunchy noodles for your soup! Probably won't go back for a long while. The only good thing was the service. Our server was wonderful!

Loved PF Chang is we normally. we were surprised at the light traffic that was there at the time. Seems people are changing preferences of where to eat
We had a great experience at PF Chang's on New Year's Eve! Our server was very good and the food was delicious - it was a festive atmosphere - great way to ring in the New Year!
Management completely failed to plan for Christmas Eve dinner and the waitstaff's attempts to adjust for it, while good hearted, fell short. First, we waited one hour past our reservation time to be seated because of over crowding. While this is perfectly acceptable for walk in dinning service, it is not for reservations. Especially as, per the hostess, the vast amount of patrons had reservations that evening--management knew how many were going to dine that evening. This was further exacerbated with the hostesses seeming inability to keep anyone updated on about when they would be seated and the lack of waiting seating. My wife had to stand for 30 minutes with a boot on, it would have been nice to have been offered a chair for her to sit. Second, because of kitchen delay, after being seated it took 45 minutes to get our entrees. While we got our appetizers quickly, the long wait between the two dragged the evening on and that delay was likely what was causing the lack of seating as it was happening to everyone. (Of note, it was annoying for management, while seating us, to ask us to only stay for only two hours after having us wait for one hour after our reservation time and the kitchen serving as the impetus for why people were not leaving.) Third, while the wait staff did everything they could to attempt to compensate during the meal, they still rushed everyone. As soon as we recived our entrees we were asked about the bill. We had to wave off the staff so we could order and enjoy desert on Christmas eve. Ultimately, it was our server that made the experience a fair one, he tried his best to accommodate and still keep his section moving. Our glasses were never empty for long and when we ordered items within his power to deliver, tea for example, he was quick. It would have been an unpleasant experience but for our service at the table.
Our waiter was okay; no complaints there. The veggie egg rolls were very good but the crab wontons were tasteless as was the main entree that we shared. We had the honey chicken and it was flavorless. Won't be going back.
Worse management Experience today , walked inn and asked for table and the person at the counter so called manager and the lady was Racist , they told 45 minutes wait I booked online and it showed availability in next 20 minutes went again and the guy so called manger was super rude he said I can’t give you table as you already walked inn before and you can’t go again and make reservation again , The guy was super rude and could see he is Racist I asked for manager he said I am the higher authority as the lady next to him was also very rude never felt before racial profiling but these ppl made us feel and I left with my family he didn’t apologize or said anything hopefully if higher management see this please take action and I will be happy to provide more details with my contact information ….
