This place is subpar. Food was average, not worth the price. However, I will absolutely be coming back due to the service. Andrew did everything in his power to accommodate my family. I don’t think I’ve seen a server as personable, competent, and willing to fulfill our wants and needs. He seems to go out of his way in order to make us feel welcome, and that no task is too small. He even made our kids happy! Any request they had, he was on top of. Very attentive, respectful, and polite! Maybe this guy should be a manager….? He checked on us more than the actual managers did, even though he was clearly busy; I don’t think I saw a manager my entire time. I would have loved to praise him to a higher up. KEEP THIS GUY! I love the new lamps on the table, it gives a little more light, and makes me feel like I’m not in a dungeon. Host seemed very disinterested in helping, and very monotoned. Not necessarily how I want to feel when I walk in. Didn’t really feel welcome until our server came along.

Waited for an hour after our reservation time. Complete waste of time. If you have a special occasion or a business dinner don’t consider this place or you will be embarrassed (not on the the level of embarrassment PF Changs is). I already had low expectations for the food but they couldn’t seat our party for over an hour? We ended up just visiting Uncle Julio’s across the street.

Last night we had the worst experience we’ve ever had at P.F. Chang’s. From the moment we sat down, things were off. The plates at our table were dirty, and after ordering drinks, my water arrived with gross things floating in it. When we politely told our waiter and asked for clean plates and a Coke instead of water, his attitude toward us completely changed—for the worse.

After that, he stopped checking on us and didn’t refill our drinks. We constantly had to wave him down for anything we needed. When our entrees arrived, we noticed the shrimp fried rice was somehow spicy, which was very strange. In our experience, fried rice is never spicy. When I mentioned it to the waiter, he said they “might’ve gone heavy-handed on the chili oil” and smirked about it, which felt very unprofessional.

We’ve been here several times before and have always had great food and service, so this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. This is not what we expected at all, especially from a place that’s always been amazing and delicious in the past.

P.F. Chang’s Orange Chicken is a reminder that a familiar dish can still feel special when it’s done with care. The chicken arrives perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside, never oily or heavy. It’s generously coated in a glossy orange sauce that layers bright citrus, gentle sweetness, and a restrained heat that slowly wakes up the palate rather than overpowering it.

What makes this dish memorable is its balance. Nothing competes for attention—each element works in harmony, creating a flavor that feels both comforting and intentional. The sauce clings just enough, the texture stays satisfying to the last bite, and the dish feels polished rather than rushed.

As an establishment, P.F. Chang’s continues to justify its reputation. The atmosphere is refined yet approachable, the portions are generous, and the consistency speaks to a restaurant that values execution as much as experience. This Orange Chicken isn’t just enjoyable—it’s thoughtfully crafted, and it leaves a lasting impression that invites you back.

Pretty good food for a chain restaurant. Prefer the food at this location over others in the area.

Don't go here...unless you dont mind an hour wait AFTER your reservation time. Management non-existant. Poor customer service. Plenty of other good food just a few steps away.

We stopped here to catch up with family at the bar cause we knew it wouldn’t be loud or sportsy like the first restaurant we went to across the street. It wasn’t loud or sportsy so it was all good. When we sat at the bar we were the only ones there and it was cool! But err the bartender was kind of annoyed from the start. My mom is our designated driver so she can’t drink alcohol so we got her a mango iced tea or something and It had no lemon and unsweetened. So ok no lemon whatever. we asked for sugar and he was like sir just give me a minute ok. (There was one person at the bar now) ok maybe he ordered the 20 long islands or something cool I know they are annoying to make. But He never got back to us on that sugar. We asked the guy who brought us our entrees. We got the sugar packets no problem.

Just so weird to not just bring sugar to an unsweetened drink to begin with to give someone the option and save yourself the grief. Worse case scenario someone wants unsweetened and you never hear from em. Best case scenario they need sugar and they don’t bother you because it’s there. It was such a weird decision making process to get flustered over. Entirely avoidable even with 20 long islands guy (who just ordered a beer in reality).

Anyways real bummer cause everyone was really nice and we stayed for one round and left because it was just such a weird experience for a not busy bar and Xmas time.I was a standard tip anyways because I get it’s a tuff season and economy and all. And I’m not petty but I felt compelled to write a review for whomever just wants to catch up and ends up in a weird bar where you feel you inconvenience someone for wanting sugar lol.
