Food was ok. Portion was less than expected. Host was very unprofessional, barely audible and not friendly. Waitress was very distracted with fake smile. Never received paper napkins requested stopped by a second time to take our order. Drinks ordered as we sat in were not ready till mid dinner. Restaurant serves tap water with heavy after taste. Management walks around too early and does just a generic check up.

Would not recommend to go to this particular location /place ! We went dining today at the Fairfax location and had a terrible experience. The server came to say hello the second we sat and said I’ll be back with waters . 11 min later he came, no waters and took drink orders. We said we are ready to order food, but he said he will be back for food order. Another 10 min later he came with the drinks and got one drink wrong, still no water. We again asked for food order but He again went to correct the drink and came back another 5 mins later. Finally he took the food order 25 min into the restaurant. Food was absolutely terrible except the egg drop soup and lettuce wraps. The teriyaki was too salty and dry, we ordered changs spicy chicken which was sweeter than the teriyaki one. The lomein was worse than the frozen ones in supermarket. The server did not come back, no straws, no water for the entire dinner. We had 2 over 80 people who had their ENTIRE dinner without water. We requested for some lettuce and forks which never came as well. I have been to pfchangs uncountable times since 2017 and this was the worse worse experience ever. PS: the entire restaurant had only 5 tables filled, 2 of whom left in 10 mins of us arriving. The table next to us also complained about terrible food to the manager. After this I’m not sure I’ll ever return to changs.

We had an amazing server, Natalie, who took great care of us, answering questions and making delicious recommendations! Natalie provided excellent service, was friendly and kind as well as patient with our numerous requests. She kept smiling and serving us delicious food! We were very impressed with her, and as it's been a while since we have dined at PF Chang's, we look forward to returning and requesting her table! The manager also came by to make sure all needs were met and we were pleased to let him know of our excellent experience.

Camille was a great server! My family and I came to celebrate a few birthdays in the family and were a larger group to handle. She was attentive and checked in on us often to make sure we were taken care of. I also appreciated what looked like the manager to be helping the staff throughout the shift. Lettuce wraps, green beans and miso salmon were good picks!
