I ate here last night and got the Sesame Chicken. When I arrived, there was none left so I waited for a fresh batch. I sat down to eat and with my 3rd piece of chicken, I noticed the inside was completely raw!! I was horrified as I had already eaten the other 2 pieces! I brought it up to the manager and he apologized and said this never happened before. I asked for my money back and he said that he could not give it to me because he was an assistant manager and that the manager was not there. He kept insisting that they get me a fresh batch. Are you serious? I just ate raw chicken! To add insult to injury, no refund! I woke up feeling sick today and I’m worried that I’m going to get food poisoning! This is so upsetting!

They don’t fry their fried rice, it’s just mushy and on top of that, they don’t even use kikoman, it’s that weird tasting la choy soy sauce. Beef and broccoli is salty af. Teriyaki chicken was good.

Tried panda express for the first time in probably a decade a couple months ago and honestly I don't know why I ever disliked it. It's not the highest quality food but you're not paying hugh quality prices so it's great value for the money and very filling.

UPDATE: Go to the centreville location instead, I tried coming here again and yet again my mobile order was not worked on before customers who came in after me despite me actually joining the line this time to get my order quicker, making me late for work as a result and the manager was unprofessional when I brought up the fact that my food was sitting on the counter already made for a decent amount of time before I could get it. The food was barely warm by the time I left the store. So if you want warm food instead of hot then come here but my 4 year old could provide better customer service than this manager.Original: Definitely got a skimped plate because I used the “upgrade to plate” reward. Had to wait 15 min past pick up time despite ordering 25 min in advance and then them taking care of 2-3 walk ins before me, me being the first one in the store.

I found a piece of Wood in my shrimp with walnuts last night. The store wasn't busy and I went in for takeout with my family. Their orders were fine but as I was chewing, my tooth started to hurt and I was able to find the culprit; a small but jagged piece of wood in my rice combination with walnut shrimp. My tooth is aching today! I don't have dental insurance. This is unacceptable. I have tried to call the restaurant 3 times but each time it goes to voicemail. I want to warn them, as it could have also happened to someone else or a child and it could be problematic. I will never go back there. Not only was this experience terrible but the customer service was subpar too. There were only a few people in the restaurant at 7 p.m when we arrived and my Mom had a hard time understanding the combination specials. There was no one behind us in line. The cashier was very inpatient with her and never fully explained her questions. There seemed to be a language barrier. The bathroom was disgusting, too. I would expect much better from this restaurant.
