I’m a regular customer and usually have no issues, but my recent experience was frustrating. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp, and the portion I received was only seven pieces. When I politely asked if I could have a bit more, the staff member was quite unprofessional and dismissive, bluntly telling me that 'it only comes with seven pieces' and refusing to help. This local I was served by Gray. He had excellent customer service. I was so impressed that I pulled out my phone to write this review! He was so polite and nice. Made my day!
It's Panda. You know what you're getting at most Pandas and this is no exception. Clean, floor to ceiling windows, and plenty of seating. The lone took a bit longer for my experience and it wasn't due to the number of people.
