I’m a regular customer and usually have no issues, but my recent experience was frustrating. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp, and the portion I received was only seven pieces. When I politely asked if I could have a bit more, the staff member was quite unprofessional and dismissive, bluntly telling me that 'it only comes with seven pieces' and refusing to help. It’s disappointing to be treated that way when asking a simple question about a premium...
It's Panda. You know what you're getting at most Pandas and this is no exception. Clean, floor to ceiling windows, and plenty of seating. The lone took a bit longer for my experience and it wasn't due to the number of people.
Picked up a party-size order today and was helped by Jessica. She was absolutely wonderful—so kind, attentive, and made sure multiple times that I had everything I needed. I’ve visited Panda Express many times, but this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had. Huge thanks to Jessica for going above and beyond and helping make our party a success!
