Terrible food here. I went there for lunch and was disappointed with both the food quality and the prices. The Frontega half sandwich for $6.75 is ridiculous. It’s overrated, not worth the price, and incredibly dry, with barely any chicken in it.

This place is awesome. Delicious & fresh food daily. Bagels to die for. I've enjoyed the sip club I joined last week so much. A great deal if there's a Panera Bread near you.
The staff are absolutely fantastic are very well mannered. Enjoy, I know I do.

Good atmosphere. Often busy no matter what time of the day I visit. Good customer service. Friendly helpful staff. Speedy service. Clean and neat. Sandwiches taste great. Fresh toppings.

I used to work at Panera, so I understand that lunch hour can be busy, but I always took pride in making sure I didn't forget an item for a customer.
They completely bungled my order and forgot to put in the chips and bread. The manager was kind but their offer to refund two dollars was a joke.
I didn't want to start an argument, so I just asked for a free pastry which they obliged to, but having to drive back to receive proper compensation is a joke. If you're going to charge insane prices, at least put the proper items in the bag.

Had time to kill and was in the area, so I stopped in for a snack and coffee. The manager was working the cash register and he was helpful, friendly, and smiled at every customer. The muffie I got was flavorful and the coffee was great. The place smelled like burnt bread, which I can’t stand as that smell sticks with me after I leave. But I have to admit, I can’t stand Panera’s lately, and I stopped going… but this one was really nice.

Suliman is a great restaurant manager, his customer service exceed expectations
I was told there was no bread bowls when there clearly was one and when I mentioned it the employees laughed at me. The only reason I went on there was for the bread bowl.

Had a Kitchen Sink cookie. I shouldn't have. Too much fat, too much sugar. I didn't enjoy it at all.

This is now my least favorite Panera in Northern VIrginia. I was there about 4pm and couldn't find a soul in sight to order from. The counter was deserted and there were 3 guys having a good time in the corner who ignored me. Ordered a sandwich and a coffee. The sandwich came with chips, which I never requested and when I tried to return the bag, no one understood me. There was no almond milk for the coffee either. At the Vienna location, they always have almond milk. I also was not asked with size entree I wanted and they automatically gave me the large. In the future I'll avoid this one.

Very nice location. Spacious inside with lots of seating (outside options as well). Friendly, accurate and courteous staff. Young man who filled my order took time to explain menu changes.
It really is my favorite place for morning and evening coffee and very high quality baked goods
