This location used to be nice, but it has become very dirty recently. Please address the cleanliness so people will want to come back.

Ordered a hot chocolate and a sandwich (not a complicated order). Arrived at the time they told me to pick it up and waited extra 20 minutes. Turns out they already gave my hot chocolate to someone else, who then returned it saying he ordered a different drink. Witnessed them take the lid off, sniff it, and proceed to give it to me. It was cold and I asked if they could remake it. The guys working there threw their hands up, exasperated and ticked off as if I’m the one who messed up… awful experience.

This place is full of kind, hardworking, and wonderful workers. I always receive wonderful service and even when they are busy I can always see them working their tails off! I go to this location often and will continue to. Thanks guys! I hope you are recognized by your corporate!

On a whim I decided to order some mini cookies but I was unable to finish waiting for them. A manager was lovely and offered to keep it aside for me so I could pick up after work.

Well it wasn't until past 8pm I suddenly remembered about these cookies. I rushed over and my heart sank when I saw all different staff. I asked for a manager and geared up to explain the full story and be met with confusion but he knew already what was going on and handed me my order. It had been kept aside for me since 11.45am!!

That is some serious customer service- thank you so much! You guys are an amazing team

Panera Bread is always a reliable and comfortable place to grab a meal. I especially love their avocado sandwich ,it’s fresh, flavorful, and always made just right. The ingredients taste clean and high-quality, which makes it an easy favorite.

The the service is friendly, and it’s a great spot whether you’re dining in or grabbing something quick. A solid choice for a tasty, fresh meal!

I’ve been to several Paneras in the last few months and they are all a miserable experience for the customer. From the moment you walk in, you feel out of place. If you don’t want to use the touch screen to order, you can flag down one of the staff who will reluctantly take your order. After you place an order, there is no where to stand that isn’t in the way. When half your order is ready to go, you can sort through a stack of to go backs and then try to flag down an employee to get the rest of your meal ready.

It would be one thing if the food was good but the bagel I ordered from a “bakery” came with a plastic container of cream cheese.

No thanks.

This place is a joke. As someone who has been working in customer service for a decade, I find it laughable how consistently the employees here miss the mark. I understand young students are frustrating to deal with but employees at the pick up counter regularly have attitude. Food tends to take a long time- expect to wait 45 minutes for a simple sandwich order if you place it on the kiosks. I ordered an hour ahead of time online today and at first they couldn’t find my order and said I would just have to wait until it’s ready…until a minute later they finally found it (thank god). The pick up system there must be very unorganized because this has happened several times to me where my app says the order is ready but the employees can’t find it? Weird. I’d hope for my order to atleast be correct but half the time it’s missing ingredients, or like today when I ordered double protein and they barely gave me a single scoop. You’re better off going to chipotle next door. It’s faster, more accurate, and the portions are much better.

I ordered a salad that normally comes with pecans, but since I was able to mark an allergy and customize it to remove the pecans I thought it would be safe to order with my tree nut allergy. In fairness, I should have double checked before I left the store, but I saw “allergen no pecans” clearly marked on the outside of the bag and did not open it. Very disappointing to get home and realize that the pecans were added. I tried to call the store and was unable to get anyone on the phone. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with this Panera location; in the past we’ve had mobile orders with entire meals that were missing from the bag. I recognize that the employees are human and humans make mistakes, but this has been a repeat occurrence at this location and in this case, it resulted in a wasted salad that I cannot safely eat. There is clearly not a culture of quality control here. Check your orders at the counter. FWIW, I have always enjoyed the food.

Place looks like a dump right now. I have been coming here for years but it’s very dirty. The glass cases are full of old crumbs and whatever else. Portable AC in the seating area. Rude lady at checkout. Employees look very unkempt

Nice Panera atmosphere!! Drink was made perfect, service was friendly. Nothing remarkable. Pretty big Panera. Plenty of seating. Lots of space.
