The food and customer service were great. There was an employee doing training on an iPad she should get some earphones so we all don't have to take her training with her. It was a little distracting.
I placed an order for a salad but received a sandwich instead. When I returned to the counter to inquire about the mix-up, I realized that I had mistakenly ordered a sandwich item. I actually wanted a salad. The manager was very understanding and corrected the order without making me feel bad about the error. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond, especially given that it was my mistake! 💕💕
Panera is one of our favorite places for lunch, a lot of light and healthy options if you are watching what you eat, for some reason, this store takes a long time preparing the meals.
