I spent 25 minutes this morning from 9:05 to 9:31 when I was promised A CUP OF COFEE WITH AN ESPRESSO SHOT AND A PIECE OF CAKE. It wasn’t even busy. People who arrived after me got bagels and sandwiches and all sorts of drinks and left. really busy so i expected my order to take long but i ended up waiting 50 minutes for a salad… also when they finished my order they just kept it back there? it disappeared off the screen and i had to ask for it while it sat behind the counter
