I spent 25 minutes this morning from 9:05 to 9:31 when I was promised A CUP OF COFEE WITH AN ESPRESSO SHOT AND A PIECE OF CAKE. It wasn’t even busy. really busy so i expected my order to take long but i ended up waiting 50 minutes for a salad… also when they finished my order they just kept it back there? it disappeared off the screen and i had to ask for it while it sat behind the counter
I've been going to this Panera Bread location for years, even before I started studying at GMU. I would say that the food quality is pretty standard, but they are so disorganized. I feel like there were a couple of times that I walked out with someone else's order, and it takes like 10-15 minutes minimum for your name to pop up in the order tracker, so you spend that time panicking if the cashier actually took your order.
