Papa Johns Pizza

Need to hire their own delivery drivers again instead of outsourcing to Door Dash. I'm sick of dashers ignoring instructions or getting a delivery with half of my order missing.

The black lady there was being very rude to us with an aditude and there was this like early 20s Hispanic guy helping out and the lady was also treated him bad and yelled NO! at him for no reason and the guy got confused a bit which made the order more difficult and over all in the back it already looked messy so just reconsider and if you do go beware of that lady 👎

Did not wear gloves to make any pizzas. Was at the establishment July 1st.

This pizza store is amazing! The pizza is hot, fresh, and full of flavor.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Specially the manager his name is Federico he is so nice and his service is fast, and the place is clean and cozy. There are many pizza choices, and all of them are great.

Fredrico had amazing customer service one of best papa johns worker I've ever ordered from. This dude not only supplies great food but amazing enthusiasm and customer service 5 stars forsure!!!!

Horrible ran establishment , pizzas be delivered late, not cut all the way, multiple times have had to call and speak to a manager and they act like they don't care either. Needs to be took over by new management.

I ordered curbside and waited outside for several minutes — no one came out, no updates, nothing. I called the store, and the guy who answered was straight-up rude and angry, telling me he “can’t give me the order” because they have too many orders. Then why even offer curbside on the app? If you can’t do it, don’t list it.

After a few more minutes, he finally brought my order but was still clearly annoyed, dropped my drink, and told me there’s “no curbside.” What? I’m not trying to argue with anyone — I’m just a customer trying to pick up my food the way the app told me to. The attitude and the whole experience were ridiculous. Do better.

I had walked in no one greeted me. I stood there for 2 mins then yelled hello. I asked for extra cheese there barely any cheese also my pizza is burnt. Come on do better.

Order from a different Papa John’s. Do not order from this location.

Great Papa John’s. Pizza was ready within 10 minutes which I was impressed with and the server was friendly. I was impressed by the quick turnaround time of the pizza considering that there was only one person working at the back. The place does seem fairly small and I wish they had more seating options for me to have my pizza.

food quality was terrible today and my kids suffered with headache and stomach pain. this store really lacks basic hygiene level.

Had the worst experience ever. The guy was literally smoking and was forcing us for a hand shake? Like what is wrong with you man? How could you expect a shake hand from strangers when they aren't comfortable, especially when you are out smoking. And how much more ruder can you be to the customer?
The person is literally cussing and was planning to attack. What is he? an employee or a mob???
Could have taken legal action, but since we were able to escape from there ASAP, I am writing this review to make people aware. Guys if you have a chance,
Don't ever go there.

I ordered take out. When i got there i was told to wait. I noticed the guy ringing up people had pizza ingredients all over his hands while using the computer to check people out. His fingernails were long and had ingredients stuck underneath. He finished helping people and then went to making pizzas. Did not wash his hands or wear gloves by the way. Finally he asked what my name was after 10 minutes and said oh oops its been ready sorry. When he checked me out, the card reader wasnt working. He told me to go get cash out at the ATM. This makes no sense because they can apply your credit card over the phone. I told him I wouldn't get cash. Never got my pizza. Probably a blessing.

Staff is rude. No hello when you walk in and you're treated as if you're asking for handouts. Food is good but overpriced. The whole ambiance of the place is not a very neat and clean one. Overall not a good enough place to spend my hard-earned dollars. Maybe if the staff was nicer, I'd reconsider coming back.

I wanted to share my recent experience with the delivery I received on 7/3/2024. I always include certain delivery instructions because it is a tad bit confusing for delivery personnel to reach my front door. I specifically provide the instructions of calling when near by and meeting in the parking garage on the first floor (an open entrance) for a very easy delivery. I received a call from the delivery driver, Raminder, stating that he could not find my location. He also stated that I was making him "LOSE MONEY" because he couldn't follow directions. I excited the apartments and was able to locate the driver way outside of the specific destination. I "ACCOMENDATED" the driver and he handed me my pizza in the middle of street. I even tipped before my delivery. He was very rude and unprofessional. I firmly believe in treating people how you would like to be treated. This is not the first time I've encountered a bad experience with delivery drivers from this location.
