This is a great coffee shop, but it has one critical flaw - the place is very cold. I'm here in late February, and everyone in the place, including myself, is wearing a coat. I asked one of the employees what the thermostat was set on, and she responded, somewhat rudely, that she didn't know. She then said it was on auto. Not helpful and no pretense of addressing the issue. Still, the coffee is great and the service is excellent. I look forward to returning regularly when spring arrives.

I visited Peet's today to buy whole bean coffee. They advertise a complimentary small drip coffee or cup of tea with the purchase of a half/full pound of beans, a box of K-Cups, a box of espresso capsules, or a box of packaged tea for in-store purchases, as stated on their website. However, this morning, the staff member didn't mention the free beverage. Since it's the first time this has happened, and it wasn't a busy day, I'm wondering if he might be a new employee. I hope they are aware of this promotion and, moving forward, remember to offer it with qualifying purchases, making customers feel comfortable without having to ask.

We've been coming to Peet's since they took over the old Caribou Coffee location about 10 years ago. A number of the staff have been there for a long time. They know me, they know my husband. Neither of us can drink decaf and on the occasions I've messed up ordering ahead on the app, they've actually held my order to verify that is what I wanted (thank you!!!). We love that their drinks aren't sickly sweet like Starbucks is. Their iced drinks aren't 95% ice and 5% drink like SB is.The staff is wonderful, friendly and easy to talk to.They've rotated through various food vendors over the years, but all have been great in my eyes.One request please! I wish they could bring back a few prepackaged items (fruit, cheese sticks, applesauce pouches) for me and my kiddo.

Simply put: better than Starbucks in almost every way. Instead of following trends and frequently changing their menu, Peet's sticks to classics they know how to do really well and nails them each time. I haven't ordered a bad food item from here. Some drinks weren't as sweet as I expected, but I just added sugar. The service is welcoming and friendly.

The coffee was good, I'll give them that, but I worry about the cleanliness of this location. The counter where you get sugar and cream was in bad shape and their restrooms were totally trashed. One of the restroom's toilets would not flush and when I reported it to an employee, he said that "that happens sometimes." Ah, that could be a health issue, maybe? Where would employees go? At least close that one down? Ah, probably won't be back.

I just got a coffee at Peet’s and I have to compliment the service. I didn’t like my order and asked the young man if I can have something different instead. He politely agreed and quickly made me a substitute drink. In this day and age I feel like kind and considerate customer service is difficult to come by so I just wanted to take a couple minutes and share my gratitude and appreciation!
