Truthfully We have not eaten here in 2 or 3 months. We used to come all the time but the quality the last 2 times was not what we are used to. No matter which pho restaurant we go to I always order the same exact thing without issues but recently I was spitting out chunks of hard cartilage or tendon fibers that I have never encountered before. I was told that it is the cut of beef I ordered but I have never had pho where I have had so many pieces be inedible. I have had that experience...

The pho here is pretty good, and the service was pretty quick. Quicker than some of the pho restaurants I’ve been to. If I had one thing that could be better, it would be for the the beef tripe in the pho to be a bit softer. It felt a bit tough, and sometimes felt like I was choking on it. Also, the summer rolls was great, but I was disappointed that, despite saying no peanut sauce, they still served peanut sauce. At least it was corrected.

I ordered the combination Banh Mi and the baguette bread paired nicely with the crisp pickled vegetables, cilantro mayo and creamy head cheese. The pho was loaded with thin slices of ribeye/flank steak and had a flavorful broth. Ice water came complimentary and was very refreshing. Would recommend.
