“Hungry? Need a quick bite? Try the joy roll! I did and it’s a little crispy spring roll inside a bigger roll; filling and slightly different in a fun way from your typical roll. I liked both the joy roll and the summer roll with its unexpected bit of extra herb flavor a good step forward from the plain generic summer roll you have had 75x. I’d come back and try more but I have to be somewhere later.“

“For northern Virginia this place is an excellent option for vegans. In addition to the very tasty pho and summer rolls, they have lemongrass tofu and will veganise pretty much anything on the menu. They do a lovely soy-based sauce as an alternative to fish sauce, not listed on the menu.“

“This place serves some of the most decent pho in the area. The broth is light and clean, the beef is tender, and the vegetables are fresh—with none of the heavy flavors or fishy taste I’ve found elsewhere. It’s a simple, cash-only spot without frills, but the quality of the noodles and the calm atmosphere make it a favorite I keep returning to.“
