&pizza - Fair Oaks Mall

Paid for extra sauces on top of what is included and recieved none at all. Toppings were missing from pizzas as well. Hate i left a tip for this poor service.

What a horrible pizza, probably worse pizza I have ever had, very expensive and small, the crust was burnt like pure black, the underneath the pizza was burnt too, the cheese was not melt properly.

My and my spouse both had heart burn.

Food is always so good, but the service doesn't level up at this local. Y'all have to do better. I met the visionary behind &pizza a number of years ago & I know he wouldn't be down for the kind of service this location is giving.

Was sitting on the second floor of Fair Oaks mall waiting for my wife who was shopping. I was right above &Pizza and watching them get the pizza dough ready to make pizzas. Although the guy making the dough was wearing gloves, he was playing with his phone at the same time he was handling the dough. Very disgusting! Getting all the dirt & germs from his phone into the pizza dough. I would never eat here after seeing this.

BEST pizza and customer service!

I ordered online at this location (Fairfax Mall), but meant to order from Ashburn. I placed the order at the correct location. I called and left VM's with no return call to cancel the order. It has been two days. I contacted Customer service a few times already. Just want my money back for the pizza I never received.

The online order changed my location when i logged into my account, so I had to pay double just to get my order at Dulles 28. You don't have a way to cancel orders online, so you took my money for an order I never got. Thank you for the stellar customer service.

Great legit pizza! Reminds me of the pizza I had traveling overseas. To find this in a mall is a bit wild. Not overly greasy,saucy etc. Pleasantly surprised. The fusion style stuff is a bit strange to me but would try it based on what I tried today.

Pizza was great as usual but this has to be the slowest &pizza I’ve been to. I got to &pizza for their quick pizza, but It took 20 minutes to get my pizza done. They had 4 employees working. It shouldn’t have taken nearly this long!

For the location and amount of traffic they get, I think the place is pretty awesome. I was greeted and directed to the kiosk since I didn't know they made this change. The pizza was delicious as always and quick for such a long line during the holidays. Also, the employees make sure to handle the food properly. I was worried the cashier was going to touch my pizza after handling cash, but she did the right thing and changed her gloves. I can't complain, and I hope they can open another location outside of the mall.
