I norally order from a different location close to my job but this is closer to my home so I order here from time to time. Generally the service here isnt as good and the pizzas arent made as well but I enjoy being able to customize a pizza so I take my chances. Today however, the service was particularly bad and was hard to ignore. Ill refrain from coming here in the future

Is always hard to find on this corporate world, a staff that care about the customer experience. I owned a coffee shop nearby and always thrive for the best experience in my shop, well today this was my experience in &Pizza.. Abraham and his team, were top notch and the quality of the pizza was superb! Thank you so much

I have been here numerous times, and I give them a 3 because they are really just average. The pizza is not bad, but it is really not great either. Same for the service. They are the McDonalds and Subway of pizza. If you are in a hurry and want a quick pizza you go here but if you want real pizza, you will take the time to go to your favorite pizza place. I gave a one star for atmosphere since their music is always so loud, I can't hear the employees.

RUDE EMPLOYEES! BAD COSTUMER SERVICE! They gave out our order (one pizze) to someone else. WANT US TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! One employee continued to YELL at me saying "it's your fault, someone already picked it up." Showed her my confirmation email receipt, she didnt care. Rolled her eyes and started to ignore me, acting like she had something to do. Apparently when asked for a manager and a refund, it just so happens they have a "no refund policy" and "no manager today." She said that I am trying to "scam" her.... one pizza? Really? Not sure if she was having a bad day, but why make the choice of speaking to ANYONE (costumer or not) like that. All I asked was for her to remake it, since it was obvious a mistake that someone took it.

The &Pizza on Main Street, Fairfax, VA , has the BEST food always fresh. The customer service is very friendly and accommodating. the staff and manager is always smiling. I have been going to this location from the day it was open. Thank you

I abandoned this place about 6 months ago, but a lot changes in 6 months. Everyone working was awesome, cheerful, and make a fantastic pizza with fresh ingredients!
The best part about this was the service from Abraham who was absolutely awesome! Whatever y’all are paying him, it’s not enough. He is personable, professional, hard working, and cheerful. So was everyone else, but I worked directly with him.
10/10 would come again. My only complaint is the food is a little pricey. But so is everything rn. About $13 for a medium pizza. (Not a terrible price tho)
