My pizza is always ready by the time it's expected when I order ahead and there's never any wait when I go. The restaurant has a cool vibe due to the furniture and interior finishes. The ingredients are fresh and taste delicious, so the price is worth it.

I95 traffic or the wait here, you choose what’s slower. Came to pick up an order right at 6:30, was told 2 more minutes. Ended up waiting 20 minutes. Workers there also don’t seem to understand how to group orders together and what customers are requesting for drizzles. Not sure the taste of the pizza will convince me to wait for another pizza.

Do not order online. Ordered online and have been waiting nearly an hour despite numerous carry out orders in & out during the same time. Workers unable or unwilling to refund or do anything helpful whatsoever. Have yet to receive the order.

Pizza is good, but the service here is god awful. They are understaffed and can't switch between prepping the food and manning the register properly. I've been standing by the register trying to get my online order for the past 20 minutes and no one has addressed me. If you come here, don't bother ordering online. You'll be treated like a second class customer.
ETA: It took me 54 minutes after my estimated ready time to finally get my food. That is comically bad.

Food is good, but for those doing a pick up order take a look at your food before leaving. Employee tried to give me burnt pizza, I even saw it as it was coming out of the oven and he still tried to give me, better believe it that I had him remake both my pizza.

Do not trust this business. Their app says buy one - get one for free when you activate it. Then when you go to redeem the free pizza if your experience is like mine, you will get a message that says please see the employee upon pickup - after you pay for the full amount on line, and they will execute a refund. Abraham and Sara did not see this through. They cheated me out of $15.39 and then fought with my bank, after they refused to correct the issue either at the business location or the corporate office which never followed through. I had the credit receipt but they did not follow through and credit my debit card. As far as I am concerned this business is deceitful, and dishonest, and I will never visit it again. I'm a person who eats pizza 3 or 4 times a week, so your loss &Pizza, you got me for $15.39.

I norally order from a different location close to my job but this is closer to my home so I order here from time to time. Generally the service here isnt as good and the pizzas arent made as well but I enjoy being able to customize a pizza so I take my chances. Today however, the service was particularly bad and was hard to ignore. Ill refrain from coming here in the future

& Pizza hits the spot for hot and fresh pizza in Fairfax... enough ingredient options to build your own custom pizza and this location is always clean. New manager is very friendly; great customer service. It's definitely a favorite for quick meal!
