I want to give a huge shoutout to the Popeyes in Braddock! Every time I go there, the staff are always so nice, helpful, and very accommodating. It’s a complete difference compared to the Rolling Rd location near us, where we unfortunately stopped going because of repeated issues. The Braddock team truly makes the experience enjoyable and worth the trip—I’d rather drive a little farther and be treated kindly. Thank you for the great service and delicious food!

The service has gotten much quicker since they opened. Also the managers are professional. The app had a different price listed for my meal than it charged me and she honored the app listed pricing.

We ordered around 9pm waiting for food but receive our food at 9:50pm. They took forever to make the chicken. The cashier lady was nice and gave us complementary drinks and biscuits.
