Great food and shakes (which they malt for free!) This was my first time in a Potbelly shop, so I was a little lost, but Jasper was very patient and kind the entire night. Definitely recommend.
Amazing Customer Service from Staff and Manager!!! I placed a mobile order on my phone and it was accidentally sent to the Potbelly's in my hometown in the other side of the country (totally my fault for not checking!). The people at this location were super nice, helped me cancel the order that I paid for on the mobile app, made my order and even honored the perk I used for part of my order. I usually don't leave reviews but I am incredibly impressed with this location's...
One of the better Potbellys in the area. I worked for the company up until last year, never at this location, but at 9 others in the local area. I opened 3 new shops and did tons of training. The staff here is attentive, makes the food to proper specs and it is always excellent! I will continue to come back and be a regular. If you have Gale and Michelle help you out, you will leave happy!
