The service was lousy, I had to get the staffs attention when I needed anything, took forever to even great me so I could at least get a drink, and it wasn't even busy, someone else could have greated me, im a server too and this was just sad lousy service, hardly felt noticed until I needed to pay then it was all sweet customer service voice, only go for the food the service sucked

We were pleasantly surprised by this gem in the Mosaic district. Our server Dylan was fantastic! The food was great and the ingredients are evidently fresh. The seasonal watermelon salad was delicious and refreshing! We will definitely be back.

Just visited Pupatella in The Mosaic District for the first time - it was great! Comfortable atmosphere, great food and a great value. Our server, Gunner, did a fabulous job too. We plan on adding Pupatella to our regular restaurant rotation. Have been talking about trying it for months. Wished we hadn’t waited so long.

This has always been one of my favorite Neapolitan pizza places to go to. One of the few AVPN (Assozione Verace Pizza Napoletana) certified spots in the area. Lovely dough and cooked perfectly well. Also love the cute Fiat parked outside and a Vespa inside. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful evening! We ordered a Margarita Pizza, Mozzarella Balls and their Red Sangria! Bailey was a wonderful server, she helped answer all our questions and concerns.
It was a bit disappointing that the 3 of us lasies weren’t able to split evenly 3 ways. Instead we had to pick and choose which items we would cover. Hopefully this is something that can improve for an easier check out.

Numerous issues with this place… hair in food, inaccuracies in our orders, attitude when you call them out on it.
The pizza is fast and spectacular as was the sampler platter of fried deliciousness 😋 They staff was also great with our 2 yr old... might go back tomorrow!

Nothing compares to pizza from the streets of Naples, but this may be as close as it gets in the US. I would recommend dining in at the restaurant rather than ordering takeout since the pizza can lose its warmth quickly.

I won’t be back here - for service , pizza was great. I had been to the original Pupatello in Arlington and loved their pizza. Was happy to see a Mosaic location which is closer to me. Went in at 8pm (they close at 9) and they made me feel like they were annoyed that I was there. Asked around and noone wanted to wait on our table! I wanted a 2nd glass of wine and had to go ask at the bar because waiter was nowhere to be found. Good pizza but nonexistent service. Too many locations so now service has gone downhill

Arrived 10 min before the assigned time to pick up pizza from the pickup window. The staff ignored me for a long time. Received a cold pizza despite arriving ahead of time.
