Just overall bad, Hispanic guy with black hair and older Hispanic lady gave really small portion sizes, this is first and last time going here, chipotle and mezeh are the same price and much better than this.

Closed before posted time, now im hungry and pissed. Normally I dont leave these kinds of reviews, however I looked online ahead of leaving the house and they had 7pm as their posted closing time. I arrived 6:40 and their door was already locked and sign turned off. I get not wanting to spend a minute more than u have to at work, but if your business is posted to a timetable, shouldnt you honor that? I was looking to get some good food too.

Indifferent service. No English spoken.. Soft taco was tiny in size and got soaked and broke up before even eating. Use a double taco guys! Most other places including Taco Bamba do.

I placed an online order for a chicken quesadilla and I selected the chile sauce by mistake. I came back and asked if I could get another one without the sauce since I included it by mistake. Christopher was so kind and he immediately made a new one for me for free and he even included a side of that sauce just in case I wanted to try a little bit. I am super happy with the amazing customer service and the kind and attentive attitude from Christopher. Thanks very much and of course Great food!!
The staff were very accommodating, my wife had the flu and they assisted me through the line on a bad ankle. Perfect suggestions for my picky eater.

I’ve been coming to Qdoba pretty regularly over the past 2 months, nothing but perfect experiences. The workers are well trained, everyone is very kind, and they have a great sense of urgency that easily makes it the fastest place to get food in the area. The food is amazing, great portions, not too expensive, and you don’t pay extra for guac. 10/10 great work

They are worse than Chipotle, they skimp hard this was my last time coming to Qdoba. I’ll stick to chipotle. The asian manager was trying to argue with me regarding queso saying I must pay for a scoop. When it’s supposedly free. and the latino guy gave such smallest portions and his attitude was awful.

We did online order of 3 items, one of which was chicken queso bowl. When we got home we realized we were given a burrito instead of a bowl. We called and were told we could get a refund or the bowl, but either way we would need to go back to the restaurant. We decided we wanted the bowl and we were told we had to bring the burrito back with us which was bewildering to us. We weren’t offered anything off or comped for next time. Not only that but the street tacos we ordered had soft tortillas that were stale with hard edges. We won’t be back.
