I eat seafood all the time. I was not sick, but eating their salmon with shrimp made wake up at 1 am just to throw up … definitely had to do with their way of seasoning or cooking it ?

Also I had to wait 45 mins for my food to come out. I got the ribeye sizzler with the load bake potato. And a chocolate cake for all $100 plus $35 tip. For $135 it's not delicious, tasted like leftovers from the previous nigh, nor was it on time, I had to wait 45 minutes for my meal to be served to me, just ridiculous.

My fiance, mother, grandmother and myself came to this location Easter weekend 2024. The staff were amazing, as well as the service! We showed up with my grandmother in a wheelchair and even though we had several people in our group, The hostess ran to open the door for us. They gave us a very nice table and were very accommodating.3 of us got the chefs special for $76 we each chose the filet mignon and lobster tail for our entree, I got the lobster bisque for an appetizer and the personal cheesecake for dessert.First of all, let me say their water is great! I couldn't stop guzzling it lol! It must be very filtered. Do not get the lobster bisque! It sucks! Their Caesar salad is amazing! One of the best I've ever had! The steak and lobster were good and steak cooked perfectly. The cheesecake was very delicious as well.The only draw back was the price. Each meal was $76 and the amount of food we received was not very much. We could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and each received a porterhouse steak with 3 sides, drink, dessert and unlimited rolls and the food would have had much better flavor. So if you want mediocre food for a high price with great service, then this is a place you should visit.

Street parking across the street is only for 1 hour. They do have valet right in front of the restaurant. It seemed they didn't have enough wait staff so the ordering took a while. Food was great! The lobster bisque was amazing. Lobster tail was delicious.Parking: Street parking is only limited to 1 hour.

Very good service and food! We went to celebrate our sons birthdays and it was a great time! They decorated the table, gave them a card and two complementary desserts. They also brought a little pastry with a candle for them. We left really satisfied.

This is the first time in years I could actually enjoy my meal bc I can't eat my food cold. Well, thanks Ruth Chris, you've nailed it. Did I mention thick cuts and delicious. Always a great meal and service at RC. Started with an outstanding and friendly bar staff, and moved on to the dining room. Service from everyone was outstanding and attended to our every need including serving a birthday cake we brought in. I can't say enough good about this restaurant and its staff. Highly recommend the experience.

My wife and I recently dined at the “Ruth and Chris” restaurant in Fairfax and were thoroughly impressed by the great food and the impeccable service. The menu displayed a variety of great steak and seafood dishes. We chose the crab cakes and sea bass. Mason served as our waiter for the visit, was extremely attentive to our needs, and was knowledgeable of the menu. He ensured that our meal was perfect, except for the lobster bisque, which was out of his control. He provided excellent service and ensured our satisfaction. From the outstanding welcome by the hostess to the superb service by our waiter, we had a fantastic dining experience.

Went to the bar as the service in the dining room has been slipping over the last year. The service in the bar was excellent! The chairs in the bar were in desperate need of repair. I discussed it with the manager and he stated it was an item "on the list". It appeared the fabric was torn and worn for several months. Based on the downward spiral of service in the dining room, aging of the infrastructure and indifference of the management, it will be our last trip to the Fairfax location. The next time we dine at Ruth's Chris, we'll check out the Reston location.

Food is great as always, we are super bummed they changed the Lobster Mac and Cheese from the old way they did it with the hatch chili's but the rest of the food was great! Mason was an excellent server!
