Hello. Just wondering why Smoothie King asks customers to tip BEFORE their smoothie is made? Why don't you ask for tips AFTER the smoothie is made? Do you want customers to feel they should tip BEFORE their smoothie is made so that nothing is done to the smoothie? Just wondering why Smoothie King doesn't pay their employees more instead of asking for tips? God is watching.

The peanut butter smoothie was on point...lots of PB and blended nicely. Normally I do Tropical Smoothie Cafe but the last time I went to the one on Braddock Rd I could barely taste the peanut butter. Thought I'd try Smoothie King this time and was not disappointed.

Warning: They stop serving 5 minutes before closing. Which means they “close” at 8:55.
I come here at least 3 times a week, the service is always great and the employees are welcoming and respectful, however yesterday I had to deal with one of the worst customer service I have received in my life even though I was being respectful using words such as “please, kindly, would you “ the young hispanic lady was more than rude and shaken here head like I was some kind of idiot. If you don’t feel like dealing with people maybe this is not the job for you. It is not my fault that you are having a bad day. It costs zero to being kind and respectful to others. I think the management should pay more attention to customer service as this could drive customers away.
