Hello,
I’m a regular Starbucks customer and a big coffee lover.
During my visit, I had a small experience I want to share.
When I asked for the restroom, the employee, Kayla, responded by asking if I would be ordering something. It felt a little sharp in the moment.
I do understand — we, customers, just come in, grab our coffee, and go, and who knows how many people like us come and go in a single day. It must get overwhelming, especially on busy Sundays.
Probably it was one of those moments.
But even when it’s exhausting, a little patience can still make a big difference in how the interaction feels.

My body is more reactive to caffeine than most people I know, so I don’t drink caffeinated drinks. I ordered decaf today at this place, and I’m still wide awake now, which isn’t how my body reacted in the past if the drink is actually decaf. I’m feeling an increased heart rate and super alert at 2:31 am.

Love this place! It is so nice to be greeted by your first name! All the baristas are very helpful and with my wife we visit this place twice or three times a week!

How is the plant based sandwich and small coffee over $10? The sandwich at Peets is much better. This one had me feeling crappy. Peets has better coffee and better sandwich and is cheaper.

Randy is hands down the best Starbucks staff member I’ve ever encountered across all the countries I’ve visited.

To be honest, this particular Starbucks doesn’t have great connectivity compared to the outdoor areas. While waiting in line to place my order, I received a notification to update the Starbucks app. I let four or five people go ahead of me as I tried to complete the update, but in the end, the app wouldn’t update properly. I had no choice but to use a physical Starbucks card that wasn’t linked to the app to place my order.

About five minutes later, when the crowd had thinned out a bit, I went back to the counter to request a refund and repurchase using my updated card. That’s when I met Randy. Even though the whole process was rather inconvenient, Randy stayed calm and reassured me every time I apologized, saying it was no trouble at all.

Thanks to his kindness and professionalism, I’m writing my very first Google review. Having worked in customer service myself, I know how valuable and rare such genuine kindness can be. Thank you, Randy, for making my day a little brighter.

Great atmosphere, but Awful delivery on app orders. We ordered through DoorDash and UberEats, and they’ve forgotten to include coffees and pastries over 4 times now. After visiting and speaking with their manager, their excuse was “we’re busy”. Please improve your attention to detail and don’t leave half completed orders out for app deliveries. A lot of improvement is needed regarding ensuring app orders are correct. And management isn’t doing what’s needed to make these improvements.

The whole team is absolutely amazing!! However, wanted to point out Sofiya, who worked on Oct. 23rd at 3:30pm. She made the most perfect Shaken Espresso drink I have had. That girl knows what she’s doing!!

Today, there was a long black hair in my drink. I come here a couple times a week and it’s usually fine, but nothing special. However, every employee is out of dress code and their hair is unsecured every time i have come in. It was truly disgusting finding someone’s hair in my drink.

They are open until 7:30 pm but they are close upstairs at 6:30 pm and cleaning up at 6 pm. Felt we need to leave at 6 pm. And they turned off the light even before 6:30 pm when customers were still there.
Then we should close at 6 pm.

Purchased travelers from this Starbucks. They refused to provide cups. So we had hot coffee and no cups for our event that morning! Everywhere online mentions these include cups and I'm sure it's not a huge expense so I'm not sure why they couldn't provide it.
