This was honestly one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. The store was basically empty when I ordered—just a brownie and a cake pop. No drinks. Nothing complicated. Somehow, people who ordered after me were helped quickly and received their items before I did.
It took 15–20 minutes to get the simplest food items imaginable, with no explanation and no apology. Watching other customers get their orders while I stood there waiting for a brownie and a cake pop was incredibly frustrating.
If a nearly empty store can’t handle a basic order in a reasonable amount of time, that’s a serious problem. Completely unacceptable service.

The service is quick and good. They could improve on professionalism. We were yelled at from across the store by an employee to keep it moving on the staircase. The employee instead of yelling could have approached us and talked to us instead of barking at us quite loudly.

Absolutely garbage service from the stuff. Waited for my order for 15 minutes. Don’t have any beef against Starbucks but this particular location has serious problems within the stuff. Some people got their order before me while I have ordered long ago. Preparation of the order is not up to the mark as well.

We ordered 1 hot chocolate and 2 caramel macchiato on a Tuesday evening. Service was quick, price was reasonable and everything tasted good.

I bought a Starbucks cup from them and asked her to make me hot chocolate in this cup. She took it and didn't wash the cup and poured my hot chocolate into the dirt and dust. When I asked her to wash the cup and make a new portion, she started insulting me and shouting. I am shocked by such service. Then I had to go to the toilet and wash the lid of the cup because this girl refused me.

This place has two levels. There is plenty of seating upstairs and two tables downstairs on the first floor. One of the first floor tables is a small two-seater. The other seats 4 and has a label on it stating it's for the disabled. This is the table the manager frequently spreads out at. Certainly Starbucks provides an office for its managers. If there were an elevator available this wouldn't be a problem, but there isn't. Once again, I was unable to sit down and enjoy my beverage because the one accessible table was being used as an office. This is discriminatory and unacceptable.

Just have to give a shoutout to the guys working yesterday (7/14) evening. I used my birthday reward on a big beautiful drink and promptly dumped it all over the inside of my car as I rushed to get in during the thunderstorm. I walked back in the store, disheveled and drenched, and they made me a new drink and gave me rags to clean my car. They were so kind and I’m so grateful! Thank you!
