Starbucks, this location is losing their loyal customer!

Long story short, I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte thru mobile app today near my work, which was next door. I walked in to pick up my drink, they gave me a hot drink which I ordered an iced drink. I told them I ordered an iced drink, one of the staff took the drink back and told me I had to pay $0.21 extra for an iced drink. Bc I was in a rush and it was near by so I didn’t bring my wallet neither my phone but I had my work phone with me. I told him I didn’t have my wallet with me, he said then download the app. I said the phone that I had wasn’t mine so I can’t do it. I was happy and didn’t mind to pay extra but I didn’t have my wallet with me. He insisted to have me pay $0.21 in order to correct my drink. One of a nice customer there was willing to give him $0.21 for me which I was very appreciate that. After he corrected my drink in the system but there was nobody proceeded to make my drink. I had waited more than 5 mins for them to correct my drink, and other people ordered after me already got their drinks.

The bottle line is usually if Starbucks make a mistake of a customer drink they will correct it right away and may not need for customer to pay extra. This is ridiculous for having me to pay extra $0.21. Well I am your loyalty customer there and I don’t think I will ever be back.

This location was notorious for being my favorite but as the people change so does the environment. Tell me why I had to wait 10+ minutes at the window to get my one drink. I saw there was a Brinks guy there, which I work in retail too so, I understand you’re not supposed to be doing anything if the cash vault is opened. But why did I have to wait even longer after it was closed?? The first girl that I saw coming up to the window, she had a bunch of clips in her hair on Tues around 5:52pm, she saw me looked back down and on her phone to text…???? Since when was it okay to openly be on your phone at work especially when it’s a high customer service driven store. The second girl, who I think is one of the managers, finally came up gave me my drink, but of course it was incorrect. I told her, she switched it out and she had a wonderful attitude. She said the usual greetings and I really appreciated her for that.

if you walk in and order , this is a thing of the past as far as guest service goes. i understand prioritizing drive thru and maybe online orders more. waiting over 15 mins for one coffee when no one was in front of me is beyond insane. have seen double digit cars past through and still waiting . i make my coffee at home 99% of the time and it’s unfortunate i was traveling today and had to witness this horrible execution. tsk tsk

If I could give this Starbucks location a 10 star review…I absolutely would! Their customer service is top notch with their team jumping in to help when needed, to bringing my For-Here coffee to my table (when it’s not busy), to clearing off the mug and plates from my table, and for simply being extremely friendly! I have never been one to tip at a coffee shop…but ever since they began the cafe-style service, I 100% do! Today I didn’t have time to stay and went thru their drive thru…I wish I had gotten the drive-thru employee’s name, as he made my entire day! He handed me the food and then before handing me my drink…he took a few seconds to write a couple of sweet notes on my cup. (U R Awesome and Good Vibes :) ) and handed it to me with a nod and smile! Fantastic team!

This is the loudest Starbucks in the world.
The overhead music is dance club loud and it makes everyone who's desperately trying to have a conversation amp up their volume significantly.
I dunno. Maybe it's a tactic they're using to keep certain people from sleeping in their lobby but it makes for an unpleasant atmosphere.
The staff is great. The coffee is -- Starbucks coffee-- whatever that means for you

It's your generic everywhere Starbucks coffee, but what drags it down is their manager at the drive through window. She is rude, passive aggressive, and has an attitude every time I go there.

I’ve been going to this one recently and all workers are great except that around October 15, 2024, I had the most horrible experience. First time in my life I asked for a favor at Starbucks and the barista working there lashed out at me, telling me that next time I should let them know in advance. I just said I didn’t know this coffee was gonna be cold. We’re all out here trying to make a better life and such experiences are very depressing. I literally went there to sit and study for my certification. I told her not to bother. But she continued to mutter something to me. She’s the youngest/youngest looking worker there. This is a great place to study but I haven’t been here ever since this happened.

Love this Starbucks! The staff is alway friendly and welcoming. Drinks are always well made and service is very efficient. Big Shout Out to Matt, Kelsey, and Vanessa! Can't make it through some mornings without you all. Came for the caffiene returned for the atmosphere. Thank you, Thank you! <3

Coffee is okay but service is rushed and they tend to focus more on their drive thru orders. More of a stop and go Starbucks rather than a sit down and relax/work all day
