The slowest drive through ever! Unfortunately this is the closest place on my way and it takes forever to go through the line of drive through. I try to walk in and that’s even worse. They are so busy.

Not once have i left a review for a starbucks,
but this is the first time i ever stopped at this specific starbucks in fairfax. I ordered on the app, but the minute i drove up to the window i wasn’t greeted at all the guy just handed me my coffee i said “thank you” and he said nothing and closed the window mid sentence. I was so shocked because starbucks employees were i normally go are so sweet, i didn’t even realize that my coffee wasn’t even full?? & worst of all it didn’t taste good at all. I am so disappointed. If we spend our money on coffee/food the least that could happen is for orders to be made correctly.

As a Starbucks connoisseur, I get a coffee in the morning quite often. Recently I went into the store to get my favorite beverage only to be met with terrible customer service at the register. Usually, the customer service in the drive thru and cashier always exceed my expectations, they often ask how my days going, what plans I have, and are genuinely intrigued to hear about my day. But at the register, the employee working the cashier, Aidia I believe, had quite a snarky attitude. She rushed me to confirm and complete my order and when I had a struggle thinking about what new beverage I should get, she was extremely passive aggressive.. she also had a very monotone voice giving me the impression she did NOT want to be there and did NOT want to take my order. The entire interaction was extremely out of pocket for Starbucks customer service but I didn’t comment on it. Hopefully next time I come in I’ll be met with employees that are actually intrigued and looking for a lighthearted conversation, those make my day! :). Despite this interaction I give this Starbucks a 3 star review because of their amazing quality of drinks!

Takes forever they prioritize taking orders and letting drinks that are already made sit on a counter while people wait and the drink came out spilling all over the place with lid off which made us have to throw it out wasting our eight dollars. Honestly the workers can’t do their jobs and I would never go back it was slow service and they were completely unorganized a monkey could do better.

Starbucks, this location is losing their loyal customer!

Long story short, I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte thru mobile app today near my work, which was next door. I walked in to pick up my drink, they gave me a hot drink which I ordered an iced drink. I told them I ordered an iced drink, one of the staff took the drink back and told me I had to pay $0.21 extra for an iced drink. Bc I was in a rush and it was near by so I didn’t bring my wallet neither my phone but I had my work phone with me. I told him I didn’t have my wallet with me, he said then download the app. I said the phone that I had wasn’t mine so I can’t do it. I was happy and didn’t mind to pay extra but I didn’t have my wallet with me. He insisted to have me pay $0.21 in order to correct my drink. One of a nice customer there was willing to give him $0.21 for me which I was very appreciate that. After he corrected my drink in the system but there was nobody proceeded to make my drink. I had waited more than 5 mins for them to correct my drink, and other people ordered after me already got their drinks.

The bottle line is usually if Starbucks make a mistake of a customer drink they will correct it right away and may not need for customer to pay extra. This is ridiculous for having me to pay extra $0.21. Well I am your loyalty customer there and I don’t think I will ever be back.

This location was notorious for being my favorite but as the people change so does the environment. Tell me why I had to wait 10+ minutes at the window to get my one drink. I saw there was a Brinks guy there, which I work in retail too so, I understand you’re not supposed to be doing anything if the cash vault is opened. But why did I have to wait even longer after it was closed?? The first girl that I saw coming up to the window, she had a bunch of clips in her hair on Tues around 5:52pm, she saw me looked back down and on her phone to text…???? Since when was it okay to openly be on your phone at work especially when it’s a high customer service driven store. The second girl, who I think is one of the managers, finally came up gave me my drink, but of course it was incorrect. I told her, she switched it out and she had a wonderful attitude. She said the usual greetings and I really appreciated her for that.
