It is a magnificent Starbucks if you have the appropriate transportation. I’m a public transportation person and a walker. It is very difficult to get to the store without having to navigate a large parking lot and a very busy street.

Unfortunately we had a negative experience this Tuesday at this location. The person who packaged our order forgot to package one of our items which we didn’t realize until we were 10 minutes away from the location. We had to turn back which wasted an overall 25 minutes of our day. With the prices you guys are charging making sure the customer gets what he orders and pays for is the least you guys can do.

Service here is unfriendly and could use some improvement. There is a young female barista with black hair here who gives off a “fed up” vibe and is not the most friendly, doesn’t greet or smile much. It makes the vibe of the place a bit cold. They have a drive thru that they tend to prioritize more over in person orders. I can tell cause whenever I come here no one greets me or says hello which is not the case at other Starbucks locations nearby. Management definitely needs to improve the service here.

This is my favorite to go place, I love my coffee in the morning who made exactly that I wanted. .
But starting the other day(11/6/25), and this morning(11/7/25), coffee tastes was totally different that i used to drink, it was terrible, and i couldn't finished....
I'm still thinking if I give it a one more shot or try to find somewhere else...

Love this Starbucks location!! I always come at night and the staff is wonderful and super duper kind. My drink always comes out perfect and they always leave the sweetest notes on my cup! Definitely recommend this starbuck :))

The slowest drive through ever! Unfortunately this is the closest place on my way and it takes forever to go through the line of drive through. I try to walk in and that’s even worse. They are so busy.

Not once have i left a review for a starbucks,
but this is the first time i ever stopped at this specific starbucks in fairfax. I ordered on the app, but the minute i drove up to the window i wasn’t greeted at all the guy just handed me my coffee i said “thank you” and he said nothing and closed the window mid sentence. I was so shocked because starbucks employees were i normally go are so sweet, i didn’t even realize that my coffee wasn’t even full?? & worst of all it didn’t taste good at all. I am so disappointed. If we spend our money on coffee/food the least that could happen is for orders to be made correctly.

As a Starbucks connoisseur, I get a coffee in the morning quite often. Recently I went into the store to get my favorite beverage only to be met with terrible customer service at the register. Usually, the customer service in the drive thru and cashier always exceed my expectations, they often ask how my days going, what plans I have, and are genuinely intrigued to hear about my day. But at the register, the employee working the cashier, Aidia I believe, had quite a snarky attitude. She rushed me to confirm and complete my order and when I had a struggle thinking about what new beverage I should get, she was extremely passive aggressive.. she also had a very monotone voice giving me the impression she did NOT want to be there and did NOT want to take my order. The entire interaction was extremely out of pocket for Starbucks customer service but I didn’t comment on it. Hopefully next time I come in I’ll be met with employees that are actually intrigued and looking for a lighthearted conversation, those make my day! :). Despite this interaction I give this Starbucks a 3 star review because of their amazing quality of drinks!
